I have been coming to this dealership for service on my

I have been coming to this dealership for service on my 2016 Outback for the last 6 yrs. I mainly work with Thomas McLaymont In the service area and HE is the best!! Matt too! They are so personable , knowledgeable, super caring about you, your safety, the issue with the car and how timely they can get it fixed in your schedule. Thomas ALWAYS takes and makes the time to one on one Actively listen and be the resolve to the cars problem. He almost always finds a coupon for me on any work over $200 if my wild card coupon has expired. Who else and where else would do this??? Once car is fixed, I get a complete thorough explanation of what was wrong, parts needed to fix it, and how it’s running great again. Thomas (They) easily earned my Trust which had to be earned in their words = deeds , hand shake and car fixed right. I’m a gal, and have always been respected, treated well and taken seriously about my cars problem when I arrive in service area and talk with Thomas or Matt. They and the service I a receive are second to none ! Lori Hutchison

I have been pleased with the service, the polite, friendliness, and professionalism of the service advisors, and their honesty and help with any questions or issues I may have. All the employees were engaged, friendly, and honestly concerned about helping select the right vehicle for us, being very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and giving finance options. After we bought the car, Andrew Gorsuch took a lot of time to educate us on all options and make us comfortable with the new technology. It was the best car buying event we have ever had. They got the car in same day and messaged what was wrong

This is my fourth Subaru from Byers and working with Sean

This is my fourth Subaru from Byers and working with Sean McKinney. My family has also purchased multiple cars from Byers and Sean. The process is always easy and fast. Sean and Byers always offer the best deal as well. My family and I will continue to always go to Byers and work with Sean when purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend them!

Greg Higgins is a conscientious, kind person who it

Greg Higgins is a conscientious, kind person who it seems is ALWAYS on duty. Tells people that they can contact him even when he’s not working, and he does call you back. I am impressed with all their staff there, Thomas McClymont, Andrew and all the others names I cannot remember. Absolutely pristine clean facility. I told Greg that the Subaru Outback was a bit too small for my needs and lucky me, he had a Subaru Ascent on the lot in exactly the color I wanted. I wish I had bought this one first! Unfortunately I did not get the trade-in price I was hoping for. Now I am VERY satisfied with my BIG SUV with 3rd row seating and TONS of room inside. Now I can put my bicycle in the back, there’s no way I could lift a bike on top of a car to mount it. Who knew I needed a Sunroof. Thanks to the team and especially Greg. 🤩

The new express lane service section is great.

The new express lane service section is great. Had an oil change, wiper blade replacements and tire rotation and was done in less than an hour. Jonathan Krimm is a great service tech too.
