BEWARE!

BEWARE!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! I had a repair done January 4th. This dealership replaced a thermoregulator control valve. 4 days later my 2019 Subaru Forester spontaneously combusted. Ken Hibbit was less than helpful, defensive and rude. Owner George Kauffman reached out originally but hasn't helped. They are doing nothing to help compensate or support our family during this horrible time nor take any precautions with this team so it doesn't happen again! THIS CAN'T happen to another family. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES IN COMMENTS!

Service department

Great experience in the service department from Ashley Ross. Clear communication and always takes care of her customers. I never have to wait more than an hour for oil changes/tire rotations and the facility has a good, comfortable waiting area.

Quick response to warning light

Our 6 month old Forester warned of a low tire pressure. Did an unscheduled stop at the service department. They got the car in, found a nail in a tire and plugged it. Drove away within a short time with no charges.

It's a Subura or nothing at all!

I brought my 2024, Touring XT on June 3, 2024. When I arrived everyone made me feel like a VIP. The employees made me feel that my car was the prettiest car ever. When it came to the paperwork they took their time explaining things and answering my questions. I did not feel pressure to add anything to my package that I did not want.
