We purchased a 2025 Miata.

We purchased a 2025 Miata. Our sales person was Consuela Regal. She was fantastic throughout the order/pickup process communicating about through all stages. Everyone at Sam Leman Mazda was professional and focused on making this a great experience. I recommend giving Consuela a call if you are in the market for a Mazda. Bret Freistedt

Picked up my second Mazda, the CX-30 this week.

Picked up my second Mazda, the CX-30 this week. Justin Schultz was fabulous. He’s super friendly and very knowledgeable . He took the time to understand my needs and wants. He made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I feel like I made a new friend while getting a new car I love.

Incompetent sales team.

Incompetent sales team. We test drove the same car twice and negotiated a best price with sales manager Darryl. We spoke with salesperson multiple times about the same car. We agreed we wanted to move forward with purchasing and they switched the price back to full price saying it was for a different car not even on their lot. We never even looked at another vehicle there.

Andy, You visited our dealership on two occasions. We had two different vehicles that we discussed pricing on. A Front Wheel Drive and an All-Wheel Drive. Before you left, we priced the higher AWD unit, but you did not like the price or interior color. We then offered the FWD as a less expensive alternative, but you did not want that unit. You contacted us later and the salesperson talked with the manager about pricing again. The manager assumed you were discussing the FWD unit but later noticed both vehicles were in the system and clarified to the salesperson that the pricing we were discussing was for the lesser priced unit. We apologies that there were some confusions but ask for your understanding as a couple units were involved. We continue to offer competitive prices and as many options as possible to give our customers options when purchasing new and used vehicles.

Con”sway”la is a tiny thing but don’t let her size fool

Con”sway”la is a tiny thing but don’t let her size fool ya! During my 50+ years of buying either (Chrysler) luxury or sporty vehicles, I have never had a rep who knew more about every single aspect of each vehicle. She is a walking service manual! AND “Sway” actually listens to and cares about her clients. She’s honest and has an incredible personality! Ask for her!!!

I highly recommend working with Sales Associate Consuela Regal. She made my recent purchase of a 2025 Mazda CX-5 an easy and very pleasant experience. She has extensive knowledge of the product, is professional and pays close attention to detail. She helps you find exactly what you're looking for without pressure.
