Jenkins Honda of Leesburg

This was our first time using the service dept with our new Honda CRV touring. I have to say it was a great experience...everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Michael Matos was there to service our needs and accomplished that with an A+. We are happy with our vehicle and the Jenkins family.

I was able to get a quick service appt - called in morning and they set it up for 2 pm. Arriving was quickly greeted and told to see Shawn, who wrote up service and told us about how long it would be AND EVEN noticed the books we were carrying and suggested the 2ndf waiting area as it would be quieter - very nice touch. Came and got us when car was ready, in about the time frame he said. Good job service and good job Shawn. Thank You!

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Even though I got there early for my appointment, they took care of me and my car right away. I had a short comfortable wait while they serviced my car. The new building is bright and cheerful, the seating comfortable and the "goodies" available were a very nice selection.

Jean and Brady make a great team. Thank you for helping us with the two cars we purchased over the weekend. That makes 3 cars bought in the last 2 Years.

John Harbaugh has always been a pleasure to work with when purchasing a car. Our #1 man to go to when its time for another purchase. Jenkins staff has always been helpful and efficient whenever needed.. Very satisfied overall.

We were met at the front door and quickly attended to business. Our primary contacts, John Harbaugh and Rudy Barcelo, were both efficient and anticipated our questions. All questions subsequent to the purchase were answered to our satisfaction.

It was a nice and clean building the staff was all nice and helpful. I had a veary enjoyable experience with my sales man and his assistant.

Have always had a great experience at Jenkins. On this occasion I had to wait a little over a week for parts to arrive. Was handled promptly once parts came in. I was told when I took the van in for service that there could be an issue with parts and that I should expect it to take at least a few days. Didn't mine the wait and appreciated the heads up that parts could delay completion of our service.

I was able to get a quick service appointment. I waited for the car and David was able to get me in and out very fast - less then an hour. The new location was a little difficult to find since I did not see the dealership until I had driven past it.

Dealership always clean and neat.Good space to sit down and relax. Staff friendly and polite ready to answer or explain questions you might have..Very helpful! Always a good experience.
