I took my car in to be checked as I had received a recall notice from Honda about the back lights. The car was looked at very quickly outside in the entry. The only surprise was that I found my IPod Shuffle would not play in my car. That was a music disappointment as I don't have an I Phone. I didn't know this at the time I purchased the car.

MCGARY EXPERIENCE AT JENKINS HONDA
Robin was my service provider for this visit. I needed an oil change but usually have my tires rorated at the same time. I used to drive one hundred miles per day when working in orlando but am now retired and put less than 5,000 miler per year on my car. I asked her advice about the tire rotation and she said it was not necessary at this time. I appreciated her advice and honesty. Living on a fixed income changed the way that I do things. So if the tire rotation was not necessary at this point I was happy not to have to spend the money. Robin was very pleasant and knowledgable. She will be my go to service provider from now on.

Repair/lease info
When trying to negotiate for either a new lease or to purchase current lease, the sales rep was unprepared and overall did not want to meet the numbers even though I was told on the phone it would be no problem.

bad experience but they tried to fix it
Took my car in for service, decided to look at new cars. I knew what I wanted and I was willing to pay cash for it. I saw 6 sales people while I was there, and each time i had to explain what I was interested in. Then one salesperson tried to talk me into a lease, when I was willing to pay cash. I did voice my frustration and I think they followed up really well but ultimately my initial experience soured my future with them.

We could not have asked for better service. Staci has exceptional customer service skills and made our visit to the service department easy. In additional she was able to make arrangements to take care of our recall item. A BIG thank you for that!
