Jenkins Honda of Leesburg

First visit to this dealership for a headlight bulb replacement. I had booked a 1pm time online but arrived early. They were able to get me in early and had the work done in a short time. They seemed well staffed and everyone was friendly.

Service staff responded very well to make sure that my concerns were satisficed. They were able to make sure that I didn't have to make a second trip to get everything done.

Great service. Very friendly and cooperative! Usually people don't enjoy their time at a dealership, but Jenna made it easy and enjoyable for my first visit.

It’s brand new and has a wonderful life too it’s exterior and interior. The cafe offers great choices of drink hot or cold, snacks included. What more can you ask for. Maybe hot dogs hahaha

Everything was great. I only came foran oil change, but my advisor, Chris made sure that knew and understood the other things I needed for my car care and I appreciate that.

My service advisor was great and the routine service on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner and my advisor explained what was completed and all the other items that were checked. My car was washed and very clean!
