Purchased a 2018 jeep from them.

Purchased a 2018 jeep from them. During the process I purchased the additional warranty. Was lead to believe it was a certified used car. Was also told by sales person if there was any need to leave at shop a loaner would be available. Not the case the jeep seems to have been with them longer than with me. Currently transmission issues and each day I call I'm told another day and someone will call me. ( not one call from them) . Currently out of town soy family is stranded without transportation because they do not keep their word

Avoid buying from the Internet Sales Manager, Courtney,

Avoid buying from the Internet Sales Manager, Courtney, and the salesman, Dan Star. She will just hoodwink you and totally ignore dealer ethics. The only staff that will sort of apologize is Dean who is the regular sales manager on the salesfloor. Let me clarify before the owner responds, Courtney apologized for the truck not being there but did not apologize for all the damages on the truck being revealed before purchase or her tactics. Their General Manager. Brian, is just as ridiculous and try the strong arm tactic on a complaining customer. I just had to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid buying from here.

I am noticing a theme with this dealership and it’s

I am noticing a theme with this dealership and it’s that you have to beg them to do their jobs. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. Our sales associate, Jared, was so promising, excited to do business with us and made promises after we found issues with the vehicle after test driving it that was NOT disclosed. We were told how amazing condition this vehicle was and everything worked perfectly on it. First off, this was not true. We explained that the Air Conditioner/Heater sounded like a jet engine when turned on (they passed it off as debris), the DVD player doesnt work past a certain degree of the monitor being down (promised this would get fixed), back liftgate window didnt work/open (promised to fix), and promised a full tank of gas and detail. They also wouldnt replace a key fob even though the 2nd one looked like it had been mangled. They said since it worked thats what we got or we could pay outnof pocket to have another one made. Made an appt and took it to the service dept only to be called to say they could FIX anything but for REPLACEMENTS it was our responsibility to pay. . We directly told them prior to signing papers we didnt want the Tahoe if this wouldnt be fixed because they clearly didnt inspect the vehicle nor disclose any of this any where on the listing or during discussion. We even tried to buy a different vehicle and the sales person told us to not do it and get the Tahoe and not to worry that they would take care of this. Him and the sales manager PROMISED multiple times to my husband PRIOR to signing papers they would take care of us and would fix all those issues especially since we were repeat buyers and how much they valued us. What value is this? This is how you value your customers?? Make promises to not Keep after asking for 2 weeks?? Since all of this I have taken time off work, been without a vehicle during this time. When I called service dept to schedule to drop my vehicle off for the repairs, a girl named Courtney or cara, told me that a loaner vehicle was not available and that other people with vehicles that had engines and transmission issues was a high priority, clearly made sure to let me know I wasnt as important compared to others. She was extremely passive aggressive. So now not only do they not keep their word to their promises, they don't fix items promised, and belittle other customers and make them feel as if they aren't held to the same value as others. In addition I was told that the Used Car Sales Manager Shawn refuses to fix the items promised. This was also the case when I took time put of work again to go speak with them directly about their broken promises. I also asked for them to install an aftermarket grille because I felt they would be loyal to use since doing other repairs they promised to do and got told it would be $400-$500. This place only wants to sell a vehicle with issues with false advertising and high hopes of false promises and Nickle and dime you any where they can. I thought we found a dealership who actually cared but boy were we way wrong! Long story short, steer clear of Jared(sales) and Shawn(used car sales manager) and the girl from the service dept. I can’t speak on behalf of the other employees but these are enough to make you never want to come back or refer a single person here.

A light came on in my car that read Engine Power is

A light came on in my car that read Engine Power is Reduced.. I called the service repair right then and I spoke with Abraham..he said they would do a diagnostic test to see what the problem is...No problem..after the test he called and said it's a sensor...No problem...a sensor takes about 45 minutes/ one day...they kept my car almost 2 months claiming the part hasn't came in from Michigan...then he called and said it's ready ( stuttering) I pick it up. I drove it to work the next day then to the carwash..the same light pops back on ..I called Abraham again...he had me to bring it back in only to tell me it's not the same issue it had the first time ...then he called me to say my car needs to be rewired.. there was nothing major wrong with my car because I take care of my car to avoid major issues he said the price was 3000.00 to repair this time..the first time was almost 800.00...needless to say he was trying to get more money out of me that was unnecessary..I definitely won't take my car there again..my gut feeling told me not to take it there in the beginning I ignored it ..now I see why...Never Again!! Oh I forgot about the ignored phone calls I received after trying to reach Abraham for almost 2 months of keeping my car..My experience was horrible...I just wanted my car fixed in a timely manner that's all..

Sold a lemon car with a lot of hidden problems

I was sold a car with a lot of hidden problems. After purchasing, it was scanned and shows Error DTC codes C1201, C1249, B1443, and P2111. Repairs for these will cost thousands of dollars. After 1 month, the alternator stopped working and need replacement. The problem did not stop there. Engine light warning started showing. When brought to a mechanic shop, they said there is a lot of oil leaking down the cylinders and causing cylinder misfires and they can hear a rattle noise from the timing chain. They said I have to find a shop and have the engine replaced. They estimated that the cost is around $4000 to $7000. Horrible buying experience. Wasted a lot of my money.
