Found this family owned dealership using cars. After finding a vehicle I was interested in, I submitted a check availability email late at night and before I was awake the next morning, I already had a response from Our salesman Kevin. Throughout the day Kevin promptly answered my many questions via email. We headed out there not knowing what to expect with the hope we wouldn't have to deal with the stereotypical car salesman type and it was the complete opposite. Kevin and his father (owner) greeted us with a friendly hello and no pressure what so ever. Vehicles in the lot were in great shape and the overall process could not have been any better. We love our new vehicle and would recommend this business to everyone. Thanks Kevin and Bob for the hassle free experience.

It was truly a wonderful and stress-less experience buying my Mitsubishi Montero from Kevin and his Dad Bob... ,, coming from WI it was a 1.5 hour drive, so it was a pleasure to find the car even better than described,,the deal was made over the phone the night before, and Kevin promised to hold the car for me the next day,he did... It was an awesome experience,,such respectful people ,,,you won't go wrong !!

I was searching for months for a clean truck (very hard to find), I saw online that they had some very nice clean trucks and I ended up purchasing one and love it, it's super clean and exactly what I wanted. Coming to McHenry auto exchange was a life saver in so many ways. They got me financed when no other place would, they were honest and friendly and at the end of the day they were able to get me in a reliable vehicle at a great price. I highly recommend this place and give it 5 stars. What made it 5 and not 4 is that they were very easy to talk to and just made me feel at home. WE WENT TO A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT USED AND NEW CAR DEALERSHIPS, BOB, KEVIN, AND LEE WERE EASILY THE FRIENDLIEST AND MOST HONEST PLACE WE VISITED, AND THEY HAVE A VERY COMFORTABLE SPACIOUS CLEAN OFFICE, WHICH I REALLY LIKED. THEY SPENT OVER AN HOUR WITH ME WHILE I DROVE 3 DIFFERENT VEHICLES, THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME FINANCED THRU A BANK, AND FOR A GREAT PAYMENT. I WAS TURNED DOWN AT EVERY OTHER DEALERSHIP I WENT. THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU AND YOU WILL NOT PUSH YOU INTO ANYTHING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE AND HAVE VERY NICE CARS, IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THAT THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THE VEHICLES THEY SELL, AND STILL KEEP THEM AT GREAT PRICES.
