The folks at Priceline were very friendly and very willing to help find the best car for the best price. They were patient with any questions I had, didn't rush me into a decision or pressure me to purchase from them, and when in the end I bought my 2014 Jeep Patriot from Priceline, it was because after searching many dealerships, I found their quality, prices, and customer service topped their competitors.

I have no loyalty to any car dealership. I was helping my son buy a car, and searched far and wide for an affordable, safe, well maintained vehicle. The selection and quality of the vehicles at Priceline exceeded other used car dealerships, and Tristan's welcoming demeanor, focused attention, and honesty, brought us back to Priceline again and again until, after many test drives, we bought the Jeep that has become my son's daily driver.

I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma from Priceline Auto. Leo and the crew were very professional, friendly and offered me a very fair deal and excellent customer service. I had a minor issue with a sensor shortly after the purchase and they took care of it quickly and completely, arranging for a repair shop in my hometown to repair it. (I live 90 miles away). I read a negative review from another individual who complained that the crew there seemed to be more interested in a soccer game that was playing on their tv than selling a car. In my opinion, I would call that a plus, not a minus. I'm sure that like me, you've had your fill of used care sales reps who try to convince you that they are your new best friend the moment that you walk through the door. I found the folks at Priceline refreshingly genuine. They seem to realize that they are not always going to have the right vehicle for every customer and accordingly, don't apply the pressure that I've felt elsewhere. They take the approach that if they are courteous and fair with all of their customers and would-be customers, they will come out ahead in the end. If you're looking for state of the art facilities and lots of overhead that you will pay for along with your new vehicle, you should probably go somewhere else. If you want a solid car and good service backed up by honest people, take a drive to Johnson City. And be prepared to wait a few minutes if the soccer match is at a crucial point!

We highly recommend these guys. They are efficient and give honest deals. Very refreshing and honestly, felt honored to buy our new touring van from them. So much so, we named her Layla! Thank you!!!

After buying a car for $9200 you think they wouldn't have you driving off the lot with 1/16 of gas in the gas tank. And, when called to inquire about it they basically say gas isn't included in the purchase price.

I bought two vehicles from this dealer. I purchased a Mercedes the 1st time and lost it in an accident within 4 months and within one week Leo from Priceline had me in a beautiful Landrover. I needed some repairs done on the vehicles and they were done quickly and I was given a loaner car. This is s great dealership that takes care of their customers.

Buy a 2003 Toyota rav4 from the price line Auto...sell me a break down car. For $2100 pricline auto Mechanic name Don. Charge me $600 for new clutch kit. do not install no clutch kit...watch out big liar

Got stocked with the wrong car due to misrepresentation. Dealer didn't disclose vehicle specification and refused to cancel my offer. He rather pushed the vehicle on me right away, instead of waiting for other offers.

I had been looking for a specific type of vehicle with reasonable mileage at a reasonable price....BINGO!!! The staff was very helpful and so accommodating. I’d buy from them again and I’ve recommended them to everyone who’s asked!!
