Had a great experience with everyone there. Second car I have purchased from the business . I would recommend. I like that there was many styles of vehicles to choose from.

Bad experience

I was interested in an SUV that was out front in the lot so I stopped into the sales office. Three men looking very unprofessional, feet up on the desk, watching a soccer match on the computer. They were annoyed that I interrupted their "football" match. All they said was the SUV I was interested in wasn't for sale. Come to find out, they aren't interested in selling to regular consumers. They are interested solely in wholesale to other dealers and auctions. I will never go back and I will never recommend.

Not happy at all

Was shopping for my first car and I came across an awesome deal on a Subaru at Price Line Auto. I couldn't pass it up! Well I spoke to the guy on the phone a day before I was supposed to pick up the car & they failed to mention that there was a lean on the title. KNOWING that I had already taken a $12,000 loan out for this car and that I was insuring it as of Monday. Well now I'm insuring a car that I cannot drive and making payments on a car that I cannot drive.

Not impressed to say the least with sales

Had my car serviced there and was more than happy with the service. The mechanic explained everything to me on what he repaired on my car and showed me the old parts he replaced. So I felt good about going back to buy a car, but that's where it went south.... First when I stopped in there was no sales person there and most cars had no prices on them. So I figured I would call instead, well again I talked to someone and they said the sales man was not there. So I left a message with them, I didn't hear back... So I gave it one more chance I stopped down and finally the sales man was there, so I test drove a car that they had posted as runs and drives GREAT.... Not exactly.... Car rattled and clunked and brakes shook like crazy, got back to the shop and the salesman was on the phone . So I saw the mechanic and asked him what he knew on the car and he said idk we Just got the car in and I haven't been through it yet!! Well at least he was honest!! So the salesman came back out and asked how I liked it? I said well it's got some things going on with it and not really interested... Didn't feel comfortable with the the thing..

My experience

The sales department is dark and looks closed,no lights on, office door shut, had to walk in to the service department to ask for help and the sales man was in his office the whole time.... Not to ambishis people hard to get a call back from them as well. Service department was great tho had no problems when my car needed repairs and guys in the shop are straight shooters and actually explain what they repaired and what caused it.

Awesome dealer

These guys are awesome to deal with. They got me a g55 amg , great come back service , mechanic is also great guy always honest. Excellent +++ service over all

Excellent customer service

I had a great experience..... got a beautiful suv for great price! They gave me a great trade in for my car! They have alot of cars and suvs to choose from! They also give great warrantys for a good price! They do full service on all vehicles! Absolutely love them! They brothers r a great team n very honest! The people that work for them were always nice and patient withme and always willing to meet my needs! If u lookin for a used vehicle for a great price go to priceline!

Great follow through

My vehicle buying experience was probably different than most, as I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to see it. Overall for the price paid, I believe I got a very fair deal. The tires all matched and have a lot of tread life left, they also changed the oil for me, prior to pick up. I'm used to dealing directly with very large dealers, so it was a different experience overall, but Bruce (salesman) answered my calls and questions along the way. When I was originally out in the area looking at another vehicle (which didn't pan out) I called and he had other commitments, but stayed after their business hours to show me the van, and let me test drive it. I would say I'm not the most trusting person, and it probably showed with my many questions and calls to Bruce after I left the first time to discuss the purchasing, with my wife. After my experience, they held up to all we had discussed and gave me no reason to ever doubt what I was being told. Thanks guys for putting up with me and all my questions.

Bad, awkward experience.

Contacted this dealer about a car that I saw on cars.com. The gentleman answered the phone- I have no idea how he ever sells a car because he answered "Priceline" and then I said hey I'm interested in this car and he just responded with "yes." So I told him that I have a trade also and he just said "okay, you'll just have to take a look at the car first" I felt awkward and like he didn't care whether I bought a car or whether he sold a car.
