Been dealing with 2 other car dealers about a suv I wanted every time that I would talk to the sale person on the phone he didn’t remember my or suv I was looking for found the suv on line call prestige Motor Company to see if the vehicle was there talked My man T told him be there the next day call him and he remember my name and truck that was looking for show up T walked me inside hook me up with Mr khan and I riding high will recommend these guys to anyone I know looking for used vehicle

AWESOME SAUCE

EVERYONE here is great! I recently purchased a 2014 dodge avenger with ease! (and that's not always the case). They even reimburse me for the new vehicle key I purchased. (yayyy!) Everyone is fair, honest, and down to earth; not like most dealerships where all they care about is commission. These people are looking to get you on the road safely, and without extra hidden fees!

Talk is cheap

My wife and I were supposed to have purchased a truck from them today. The SUV needed to pass inspection 1st before hand, they wanted us to start paperwork. We denied until it passed inspection. A salesman promised us by 5pm today all would be done. I didn't receive a call and or text for pickup so I decided to call the salesman. He says "the inspection man left at 1 so you can pick up the vehicle on Monday...it's ready though." This company is full of cheap talk!! Please spend your money elsewhere!! Don't waste your time!!!

Prior to returning from his deployment to Iraq, my grandson contacted Premier Auto in Temple Hills, MD asking if Premier could assist him in locating a specific vehicle (make, year, mileage, equipment and price) for him to purchase upon his return from his deployment the end of May. Teresa and Ali (the owner) personally started the search for the right vehicle, remained in close contact with my grandson and. when my grandson returned to the States, a vehicle was on the lot matching and exceeding his wish list. We went to Premier and were greeted by Teresa (finance) and the owner, Ali. The vehicle was ready for my grandson and the paperwork had been prepared. It was shortly realized by Teresa that my grandson qualified for better loan terms so she expeditiously restructured the financing, received immediate approval thereby reducing his payments and interest.. Ali and Teresa made a young, active military man's first large purchase a smooth, professional and exciting experience for him. All paperwork was explained in detail to him and he left with the feeling that he had received special service. Unbeknownst to him, that was not the case. I observed every individual coming to the dealership to purchase a vehicle receiving the same personalized and professional service and care. Thank you Teresa and Ali for making my grandson's large purchase a good experience. You have a repeat customer and I know he will refer his buddies to you

2013 toyota camery

I am big on customer service and was looking for a black 2013 Toyota Camry and found one online the lowest price . i spoke to Samee he was my Sales person and help me through the sale. he was very professional and very kind . they made my car buying very easy . i would recommend them to family and friends.
