Service department is horrible.

Service department is horrible. The sales department is useless. My car has been there four times for the same problem that they refuse to fix. The place refuses to give me a higher up managers contact information.

Horrible place.

Horrible place. They have had my car for 3 months and their service department can’t fix it and now the sales manager won’t call me back.

Sales is one thing but timely service may run into weeks

Sales is one thing but timely service may run into weeks with nothing but poor excuses and no loaners for working people that depend on there trucks to function! Buyer beware!!!

This dealership is very welcoming and the guy that

This dealership is very welcoming and the guy that attended to me and my husband has all the Qualities of a perfect salesman and blended with us very quickly. We enjoyed jokes together while the deal went on smoothly.

2022 2500 ram Laramie has been in shop 3 times in less

2022 2500 ram Laramie has been in shop 3 times in less than a month. The emission system keeps messing up and they can’t get it right. They won’t do a buyer buy back trying to get me to trade it with a 1300 truck payment now to a 1900 truck payment from a 5 year contract to 8 year contract. But swear they trying to help me and my husband. The truck is in Virginia where my husband works and we live in Aiken SC. They sent a tow truck to go get the truck (6hours away). Because I refused to do this trade they cancelled the tow truck driver when he was 2 hours away. To say the least he was angry. I am angry. But this truck does fall under lemon law and I guess I will have to go through corporate. The new GM is rude isn’t very honest and nothing but a mere crook.

The service department needs some work.

The service department needs some work. The front desk personnel are not very professional and rude. I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire balance/rotation, and possible alignment. The gentlemen at the front desk asked it it needed an alignment. I stated how would I know until the tech does his or her assessment. I am not satisfied with the service departments level of experience.

Worst experience of my life!

Worst experience of my life! Jeep has been in shop waiting on a part for 3 weeks and they have no way to track part. Was told would only take 2 weeks, now they want to charge me extra labor.

Watch out they like for you to keep a vehicle 30 days before they say the finance fell through also the one you traded in has power train warranty and they don’t fix it knowing it needed work before you traded it in and the salesman are terrible never return your calls.

Avoid this dealership

Convertible top destroyed by vandals while at this dealership's lot awaiting service for several days. Dealership refuses to cover cost of vandalism even though car was in dealership's care, custody and control.

Avoid This Dealership

Car vandalized (convertible top ripped off) at dealership while awaiting service. Car sat in rain for almost full business day after vandalism before I was notified (sat in rain that soaked carpet and leather seats) and according to dealership, before they noticed. Dealership refused to pay costs to repair damage.
