I have never left a dealership crying until now!

We can in set on buying a car. The car looked great! The price was average when compared to other deals we viewed in the area. Our sales person Jordan Grancell was the best. Curtious and patient, not pushy at all. But when it came to talking to the manager Anthony Batastini I wanted to run out the store! I wish he just stayed in his office. He talked down to us as if we were not customers but the xxxx of the earth. We are very calm people and to get me this unset takes some work. Put my husband had to ask him to leave because he was upsetting us so much. We asked if there was a chance for a few hundred discount and he told us that we offended him for even asking this! This is a used car! Isn't it expected to ask for a great deal? And this was $200 off a $37,000 car!! I was appalled by the way this manager made us feel. I would recommend that if this is how he treats all his customers he should not he in his position. If we were not in need for a car right now because my old car broke we would not buy from here. Especially since our sales person had to apologize for his manager. He never even came out to say sorry even after seeing that he caused me to be that upset.

Not a place to buy a car, go elsewhere...

Well, how many times can you say poor experience? It was a huge waste of time, dealt with many inadequate individuals, many different contradictory prices, and just old school tactics that just don't work any more. I would not recommend Conicelli Honda at all. In fact, The Honda corporation should be ashamed that this establishment represents them, too bad.

Runaway as fast as you can!

Dishonest to the core. Ripped off. Filed Complaint with Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and Honda Corporation. Legal mistake with title, undisclosed repairs. Horrible experience cost us Thousands to repair.

Herschel Croswell

Well it's time for service and even with extended warranty. I have been moved around like furniture. No one seem to know what service really means here.as I write this I'm waiting and have been pushed between the Honda side and Toyota side and even though their under the same umbrella. I've not been properly serviced and treated. Too much more wrong to rant. However it's safe to say I won't be buying here again. Additionally even with service agreement I'll take somewhere else at cost.. just to avoid this experience again

Never again

Mark, I contacted Conicelli a few years ago as we had bought new in the past, service on the lot at the time was sub par wandered around looking for someone and to no avail no one wanted the business so I went elsewhere. Told my wife, found a certified accord and due to distance from my residence it would be convenient to drive the car at Conicelli as it was CPO which was this past Tuesday. I came and drove the vehicle; the precaution and cleaning procedures were there and took the test drive by myself which was roughly 10 minutes. I left the rep by saying I would speak with my wife and follow up as I was looking to move forward as we are handing back in a lease on an MDX. Below is my correspondence via text which I prefer; I am disappointed once again with no follow up. Jordan called me back initially the next morning which I had not even connected with my wife so communicated back once I did. I used the phone number from the business card and expected a response. After no response, I reached out on Thursday set an appt for 4pm yesterday at Joyce Honda in Denville NJ. They were great and drove same car out w 2k less mileage and 2k less in price and am happy. I can sincerely tell you that I will not consider Conicelli moving forward due to the experiences I’ve the past several years. Josh Since then, zero response. So I’ve gone on lot and been ignored and test driven and been ignored. I believe many of the reviews have been buyers who have been asked to provide a review.

not sure what this is

Jordan was wonderful. Dealing with our family first of all is a challenge for anyone. Our oldest daughter was looking for her first car and went with one in mind but left with a different color one...to her surprise. Jordan was told about our family situation. My husband is fighting brain cancer. I needed to trust in him that this car was a good car for our daughter. He reassured me and for some reason I felt like I could believe him. I was at Penn with my husband and came back once we finalized the deal. Jordan was so kind and personable. Thank you Jordan.

Buying Care Nightmare

*** Only if yelp allowed to rank with a zero star! *** The dealership doesn't seem to care about doing business or remaining in business! It seems their operating model is untrustworthy. The sales guy I was in touch with never bothered to respond back to my call and upon a couple of follow-ups, I heard an excuse that the guy was busy with a customer which is why he never called back. Anyways, bottom line: Stay away from these scammers. Look out for nearby honda dealers around Conshohocken - All of their competition offers way more competitive pricing with a peace of mind to follow up and user-friendly.

Recall Issue

Recall issue was handled efficiently and effectively. I love that there was a large quiet area with tables set up to work at my laptop away from the television viewing area while I waited for the work to be done

Price bait-and-switch

I contacted Conicelli Honda in Conshohocken PA asking for a price quote on a 2019 Civic Si Coupe. They sent me a written quote of $23,266, plus a doc fee of $141. When I followed up and went to actually try and buy the car, they told me "Sorry, we made a mistake with the price, the actual price is $24,066". I wasn't interested, and walked. Ironically, the last time we bought a Honda (in 2011), we tried Conicelli and they pulled the exact same thing: sent us a written price quote by email, and when we showed up, gave us the same line about the price they sent us was a 'mistake', and the real price they would sell us the car for was $1,000 higher than they quoted. In 2011 they even played the ridiculous game of coming out into the parking lot when we got into our car and started to leave, and knocked on the window saying 'come back, we have some good news'.

Be prepared to spend all day

We have purchased two cars from Conicelli. Both times we waited 4+ hours to do paperwork. This most recent we nearly left before the process was finished as we spent all day there. Buying a car should not be an all day process! If you decide to get a car here prepare yourself to waste an entire day sitting around.
