We ultimately decided on a Honda CR-V. He even brought out multiple CR-Vs in different colors for us to see in person, which made a huge difference. Our salesman, Maachi Clark, was very friendly, answered all our questions and was very responsive whenever we called him on the phone. The manager, whose name escapes me, who did the final paper work, was also very helpful in discussing the extended warranty plan. Doug
