Made an appointment in advance to see and buy the car,

Made an appointment in advance to see and buy the car, confirmed appointment in the morning before go there. Had 1+ hour driving there. After I arrived consultant said that car is not available because of some technical issues. It means nobody even checked the car before appointment, if this car exists or is it in working condition at all. Disappointed…

CVT TRANSMISSIONS

Do not by a vehicle from conicelli nissisan . I have 48387 miles on my Nissan Murano 2015, my transmission went bad and they did not re place my cvt transmission when nissian are know for faulty transmissions and recalls on Nissan that have CVT transmissions. The customer affairs is worthless.

Does not listen to customer...

I purchased my Rogue brand new 2012 and had all my services done there never had a problem until NOW, came in for ABS problem they said it was fixed HOWEVER i have been back "3" times and car is still NOT the same the last being the gas gage does not work and the ABS light still gives me trouble. I will NOT be buying my next car there!

Over two hours for simple stuff

Stupid. Only needed oil and filter change and tires rotated. Two hours to complete even after being early for my appointment, Never again, wasted my valuable time..

Run far away from this dealership!

Terrible experience, from dealing with the rude people at the service counter to their upper management. They have high school kids working on people's cars and do a terrible job. I can see this dealership going down hill very fast. Management realize they missed up, offer you a refund but they never actually do, it's all bs. Stay away unless you want to deal with more problems with your car than you had before you went there!

Beware of Warren, guy sounds crooked on the phone

Very interested in this low mileage 2017 Altima, I would like to fly out one-way and drive it back home. Problem is, when I see the pictures of this vehicle on cars.com are either old, stock images, or of another vehicle and I call to inquire about that, Warren won't provide any reasoning, in fact guy seemed slimy. Warren interrupted me and let me know he was busy with someone else. I called Warren to get some facts and he blew me off. Good luck with your sales!

Brad, I had the opportunity to speak with Warren this morning. I know he tried to call and also emailed you. This car you were looking at did not have a pinstripe when our Used Car Mgr took initial stock photos; it was pin striped @ detail and there is pin stripe on it now. If you are still interested in this vehicle, we can easily remove it if you don't want it. 1st Timer

My first time leasing/buying at Conicelli and was I surprised. The facility is beautiful and no pressure from the sales people. My salesman, Rich Anderson, was very knowledgeable of the autos and the services they have to offer. If your going to lease or buy, make sure you do yourself a favor and check them out.

Great customer service

I visited Brandon and he was very helpful in our search. We test drive two cars and spoke about a few more. He was really able to tune in to what I was looking for. We ultimately decided to wait till we could afford what we really wanted.
