Precise, thorough, personalized service. I felt welcome, tended to and cared for above and beyond through every step. I am a very detail oriented person and have certain expectations that were not only met but exceeded in my Conicelli car buying experience. I felt nothing but trust, patience and that we were working as a team with a genuine shared interest in finding me not A vehicle, but THE RIGHT vehicle & exploring all options during a difficult market and sweltering heat. I was able to make a firm and unwavering decision with my new Pathfinder, and never felt pressured and honestly felt a care and compassion that I never imagined I would in a ‘business deal’. I appreciate and appreciated SO much how everyone cared through their actions with prompt service, timely responses, warm smiles and accommodating my many questions and trepidations, and ultimately putting any fears to rest and leaving me nothing but confident & happy! I love my new vehicle, but I love the experience and friendships ever more! The experience was a genuine pleasure & I will tell everyone about Conicelli and my absolutely amazing experience and I will also absolutely be back!!

When I was looking for this vehicle I must have contacted

When I was looking for this vehicle I must have contacted close to 11 different dealers of different makes Conicelli was by far the one that cared the most and tried to make a deal with me. ALL THE REST had a take it or leave it attitude and two were down right fraudulent in what they offered or all Hyundai dealers in the Try state area That refused to acknowledge a TV ad I went 20 miles out of my way to deal with Walter and the Conicelli. I would recommend them to ANYONE. The Conicelli in Springfield would be one dealership that had the take it or leave it attitude. But Conschokin was head and shoulders above the rest

Our experience here at Conicelli was the best experience

Our experience here at Conicelli was the best experience that we have ever had at any dealer. Walter was exceptional. Was knowledgeable about every thing that we had questions about. Walter worked with us throughout our entire visit and did all he could above and beyond to put us in our 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. We greatly appreciate his hard work and dedication. Also his cheerful demeanor made for an extremely pleasant experience. Especially the fact that he thought of calling us the next day to follow-up if there was anything more that he could do for us!

Had an excellent experience my sale representative was fabulous warm real responsible,honest individual with a great personality always asking if there is something else that he could do for us . He asked several times throughout the stay if we would like something to eat or drink.pleasant experience I would recommend this individual Walter to everyone it was such a smooth quick transaction. Walter definitely did not waste our time answered to all our concerns and questions we had . i brought the car in to be serviced because of the

i brought the car in to be serviced because of the engine warning light, i was told the fuel pump would need to be changed, ok i said whatever needs to be done do it, it cost $2000. i'm ok with that, after i picked up the car, stopped turned the car off, ran an errand, went to start the car back up and it wouldn't start, so working with the assistance of the front desk at conicelli service station we got the car back to the service station, later i was told the cars speedometer need to be replaced, it would cost about $2000. didn't like all of the back and forth but i was ok with it, but then when i picked up the car, "NO AIR CONDITION", when i first brought the car in to be serviced the air conditioner was working just fine, now all i get is hot air, i was told the car was taken out for a test run, no problems were found everything checked out great all of the reading off the indicators were right where they belonged i shouldn't have any problems, i repeat NO AIR CONDITION summer is just starting, i would feel like a fool bringing it back, thanks for nothing.

How can I have trust in people who service a car, if after a number of diagnostic checks couldn't determine problems with the AC related to the air compressor malfunctioning! (End Of Responses)
