We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Conicelli Nissan in Conshohocken! We went in looking for our daughter’s first car, and like any parents with a teenage driver, we had plenty of questions and wanted to make sure we were making the right decision. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed, comfortable and incredibly well taken care of. From the front desk to Kacey, our sales representative, to John Z., the General Manager, and even ownership, every single person went out of their way to make sure we found the right car for our daughter. Any parent knows how unnerving it can be when your child starts driving. Knowing she was leaving in something safe, comfortable and right for her meant everything to us, and the entire team made sure we felt confident and happy with our decision. I was a looking for a very specific Audi. Mike had it as well as several other dealers in the tri state area. I decided to go with Conicelli vehicle bc it was immaculate and had one owner and low miles all the things I wanted. Mileage it super easy too. Bc of my work schedule I only had one day a month to get the deal done. I had 4 appt for cars on the same day and Mike was my first stop bc I had a feeling he had my car. Conicelli had the right car at the bright price. Impeccable customer service and just a nice place to do biz! But your next slightly used vehicle from a mile and Conicelli’s in conchocken. Mike even sent a newer salesmen to come pick me up at my home in west Chester. The driver arrived right on time and was very personable and a great salesman as well. Go find out for yourself. Wow! Mike was amazing! Bc of my work schedule I had a hard time coming to dealership. So He sent a car to pick me up. Without hesitation I may add. The customer service I received was second to none. Even the dreaded paperwork signing was easy. I was at the dealership for 2 hours that’s how easy Mike made it. Just incredible customer service and dedication to a job well done every time. That’s character right there.
