Ehrick, Jordan, and James were wonderful to work with and made the experience of buying a new truck very easy and stress free. We went back several times and they were willing to answer all of our questions and support us in anyway needed. No pressure at all.

Absolutely the worst dealership experience we’ve ever
Absolutely the worst dealership experience we’ve ever had. We purchased a brand new Jeep from Findlay Jeep in Post Falls, and it has been a nightmare from day one. Within the first 30,000 miles, it needed a new transmission, and since then, the issues have just kept coming—mechanical and electrical problems that never seem to get resolved. In 2023, we paid Findlay Jeep to address these very issues. Less than a year later, the brand new battery they installed completely failed, leaving us stranded over four hours from home. After replacing it ourselves, the same electrical problems persisted. We brought the vehicle back to the dealership and left it with them overnight, hoping for answers. Instead, we got dismissed. Despite having a history of unresolved problems and having already paid for repairs, we were told we’d be responsible for further diagnostic charges. Their so-called “Assistant Service Manager,” Dennis, was particularly unprofessional—dismissive, uninterested, and completely unwilling to help. His actual recommendation? “You should just buy a new car.” That was his solution to a situation his team failed to fix. This dealership clearly doesn’t stand behind their work or their vehicles. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is astounding. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from Findlay Jeep in Post Falls. We will never buy another vehicle from them again.

More importantly, Mopar warranty inclusions do not always remind the service writers if a certain repair item is covered. If it’s all in one system, it should automatically notify the service writer it is covered. Seems I need to review my policy on every visit to the dealership and not depend on your database.

Recently had service work completed along with an oil
Recently had service work completed along with an oil change and setting up daytime running lights they did an excellent job. It’s running very smoothly I haven’t driven far enough to know but will put on 1400 miles this weekend to make sure everything works as it should.

They were super easy to work with and I think his name was Jake who I bought the truck from was super helpful and got me pretty close to the payments I wanted. The financial guy was awesome and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
