Oil change

The technician Robert Smith contacted me in person to let me know the results of the check of my vehicle. He even followed up by phone to let me know to watch air pressure on the left front.

Pointless Text and Emails Never Stop

Generally buying my new Ram was OK. When they quoted me a ridiculously high interest rate, I got my own at about half the rate. When I came in with that, they had Idaho Central Credit Union beat the rate by a little bit. I declined to set up the stupid Ram App. However, the text messages from Ram started prior to signing the final paperwork. The texts and emails have not stopped and show little sign of slowing down. The only time I have not been contacted by Findlay is when I called the General Manager when I got an email from him asking me to contact him with any concerns I had. I got a text from Ram saying there was some mechanical failure in the truck and when I called Findlay, they told me something was going on with Ram's system and there was nothing to worry about. I have called Findlay, Ram, ICCU and Sirius to stop contacting me and it hasn't made much of a difference. I have unsubscribed multiple times. Ram is apparently monitoring my driving habits because I have gotten emails from them telling me how many miles I have on the truck. Oh, the other time I have gotten no response from Findlay is when I asked how to get Ram to stop monitoring my every move. DON'T GIVE THEM A REAL EMAIL OR PHONE IF YOU WANT ANY PEACE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!

Very Efficient

I took my truck in to see why my check engine light was on. They informed me that I needed a service done. They were able to schedule me an appointment and provided a shuttle to and from my house. The service was finished within the day, and I received my truck right away.

They had the truck on their lot.

Great Service Department.

Great service. I enjoy everyone. They are polite and friendly. Service area, waiting room and parts department sparkling clean. Show room too. I will return.

The very best in the business

There is no comparison when measuring Findlay with anyone else. These guys go so far above-and-beyond to please their customers - it's just amazing. I had a rather complex service needed on my Jeep and they scheduled everything perfectly. They made the process painless, fast, and so happy that they earned my business for years to come. Nice work, Findlay!

Amazing people and efficient service.

They treat you like family and are extremely efficient. I was out the door with my new vehicle a 2 hours. The facility is state of the art.
