    Purchased a used car from Travis,good experience, and easy to deal with. When I had a problem after leaving, it was taken care of with no questions asked.... Will buy from them again

    My husband and I just bought two cars from this dealership. Not only did we have to immediately fill both cars up with gas and get them cleaned ourselves,... but one day after purchasing one of them, the maintance light has now come on. When we called the dealership, we found out it is beacuse the car is due an oil change. When we asked if the dealership would cover the oil change, since we just bought the car yesterday...Mr. McKinney himself has refused as it was not in our contract. To say this is HORRIBLE business practice is an understatement. If you cannot take care of your customers with the little things, how does this dealership expect to keep customers with the bigger things - BUYING CARS! We will NEVER return to this dealership. The lack of customer care is worth making this post known!

    I had a bad accident where I got rear-ended I was running about 5 miles an hour and got rear ended by a z71 Chevrolet pickup 4 wheel drive the vehicle... was traveling between 50 and 55 mile an hour no damaged mine except a couple scratches on my bumper and pick up had to be towed , great gas mileage
