*****AVOID DAVID MORRISON AND AUTOBAHN PORSCHE IN FT
*****AVOID DAVID MORRISON AND AUTOBAHN PORSCHE IN FT WORTH LOCATED AT 2815 WHITE SETTLEMENT ROAD AT ALL COST!!!***** PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR BRAND OF DEALERSHIPS IN THE FORT WORTH AREA- YELP- DEALER RATING - GOOGLE. I WISH I HAD READ MORE ABOUT THE AUTOBAHN DEALERSHIPS BEFORE I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE. I WOULD HAVE SAVED A LOT OF MISERY OF OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED ISSUES. THEY HAVE THE WORST SYSTEM IN PLACE FOR TITLE AND REGISTRATION WITH NO FOLLOWUP AFTER YOU LEAVE. NOTHING BUT A LOT OF DAVID MORRISON TELLING ME HOW HE'S ON TOP OF IT...60 DAYS LATER I'M STILL WITH0UT A TAG OR TITLE IN MY STATE WHICH REQUIRES A NEW VEHICLE BE IN PLACE IN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. What a complete cluster of a purchase...... David Morrison the GM has more issues going on at this dealership than he can handle. From the delivery to getting the tag and registration the Porsche Experience is quite horrific but .......Mr. Morrison knows it is and loves to tell you how "he's righting the ship" Once you get your delivery, plan on nothing going well if you need anything from this dealership or the Porsche experience you believe your paying for. And don't expect any help form Porsche North American HQ at all as their hands are tied to what their experience center does....this from PCNA today. If you buy a EV from Porsche - make sure you have someone help you set up the car or like me you will have to figure it out. There is a lot going on with a EV Porsche. I had to book my own Porsche experience just to learn how to plug it in and do all of the set up. Nothing from this dealer on what to do after you get the Macan EV. Bought a used Audi from here and worked with Ben Morales. Ben was extremely professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Excellent service. If I didn’t live in California, I’d likely buy from them again! But Ben even helped with shipping my car!

Frain Salazar is absolutely worthless.
Frain Salazar is absolutely worthless. In his initial response to me he used a lot of words to say that my issue was not his job and he basically just doesn't care and referred me to PCNA. They did then have to inform him that it is his job and he does in fact have to care. We are at the time that I was initially quoted 6-8 weeks and I still can't even get any more of an answer other than basically, I don't have access to those records and can't give you any actual answers. This is of course on top of the fact that they initially sold me a CPO car that was so well inspected that you couldn't even open the door from inside the car and took 8 weeks for them to get that fixed as well. Overall, an absolutely worthless dealership. Please go to any other dealership and do not spend your money here.

(BUYER BEWARE) If I had to do it all over again I
(BUYER BEWARE) If I had to do it all over again I would not buy from Autobahn Porsche Fort Worth. I have agonized at writing this review but the final straw was sending an email earlier this week, and when before I would receive a response from Finance (Frain Salazar) or the General Manager (Jim Morrison), now it's nothing. Purchased a CPO 2021 Porsche Cayman T from Autobahn in Oct 24. When I received the car in Virginia, purchased it from out of state, it had body damage that the shipper noticed but Autobahn didn't. Called and after 2 weeks of back and forth they agreed to fix the issue at a local body shop of my choosing. Fixed it and all is well but I was without my new Porsche for one week. Additionally, the dealership has failed to provide the CPO checklist that I have requested numerous times. This leads me to believe it was either not done well or not done at all. The CPO process and package comes at a premium and is the only reason I bought this vehicle from the dealership...(Buyer Beware) I've been waiting for my registration now for 3 months and have not received it yet. Temp tag expired on Dec 17, 2024 and since then I've been unable to drive it or risk the possibility of getting ticketed. I have called the dealership and they have stated they can't issue a new temp tag as it may delay the registration process, mind you they don't know what stage the registration process is. The dealership, GM included, have now stopped returning my messages or emails. (Buyer Beware) Please be aware that once you leave the dealership and they have completed the sale you may or may not getting the Porsche experience and customer service we all pay for and hope to get. Finally, I write this review knowing that it will undoubtedly anger the dealership and most likely increase the lack of inattention or care to my situation but I feel morally obligated to inform other individuals who are deciding on whether or not to do business with Autobahn Porsche. (Buyer Beware) (UPDATE) Dealer eventually rectified the problem, only after I involved Porsche North America.
