Approximately eighteen months ago, I acquired a Chevy

Approximately eighteen months ago, I acquired a Chevy Trax, emphasizing to the dealership my requirement for a dependable vehicle. They assured me of the car's reliability; however, soon after the purchase, I began experiencing frequent repair issues, culminating in the discovery that the engine is defective, as verified by two independent mechanics. The dealership boasts of conducting meticulous inspections to guarantee the quality of its vehicles. Notably, a friend who purchased a vehicle from the same dealership during the same period has encountered similar problems. Initially, I suspected an isolated incident, prompting me to investigate another vehicle at the dealership. Upon inspection by two mechanics, this vehicle was found to necessitate $500 to $1000 in repairs. Moreover, the dealership asserted that the vehicle had only one previous owner, despite evidence of ten liens and annual computer refurbishments. The dealership also provided conflicting statements regarding the rotors, initially stating they were refurbished and later claiming they were replaced. Ps updated as you can see at the bottom here they said to reach out and they will help they did nothing

My salesman Ricky went above and beyond following through

My salesman Ricky went above and beyond following through and reaching out. We made it to good deal but was shut down by the sales manager. Completely low balled for my trade after agreeing to get me in the door. Sold my truck for 11,000 more than they offered in two days. Found out fast why my contacts told me not to waist my time with this dealership.

Good Experience at Doug Smith Chevy Spanish Fork

Brevin Reynolds, Robert Pierce and Blake Littleford were amazing to work with. Very personable, took the time to explain questions, were patient, respectful, HONEST, courteous and very accommodating. I brought my 5 and 7 year olds who were pretty rowdy, they treaded them very kind and didn’t get annoyed at them or me. Thank you. I purchased a used vehicle and they did NOT try to hide anything or brush by any concerns I had, they respected me and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want. They made the car buying experience a whole lot easier. Thank You! Brevin even did the “Hey Doug….” When I was joking with him. I recommend them to anyone. If you pop in to Doug Smith, ask for them. Quality of work got dinged due to detailing shop.

Very Pleased

Robert Pierce was a very good salesman. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the truck we purchased. He even came back to the dealership on his day off because we had some questions about our truck. The finance man was very nice and helpful. We also had another salesman, (sorry I can't remember his name). He was very knowledgeable about answering our questions and showing how to use all the gadgets again to us. We are very pleased with Doug Smith salesmen.

Robert Pierce was a very good salesman. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the truck we purchased. He even came back to the dealership on his day off because we had some questions about our truck. The finance man was very nice and helpful.
