I don’t generally write reviews but I feel this should be

I don’t generally write reviews but I feel this should be known for future customers. I went to the dealership looking for something to drive due to some financial issues. I was met by GT and Jason. (I don’t recommend)! After spending hours there I thought I was going to be good with what I got. That’s was not the case…First many things needed to be done before I took it home. That was the first red flag. I had to fight to get the things done that they agreed to fix. This was the first time I asked for my down payment back and they keep the car. That didn’t happen. When things were fixed I picked the vehicle I didn’t not have it for a hour and it wouldn’t start. I had to have it towed back to the dealership costing $100. To get even better news that the engine needed to be replaced. Once again I asked for my money back and was met with the sales manager Chris Swisher who had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Again no money back, I will say the only bright spot of this mess was the engine was replaced at no cost. Since then I have had to pay to have the windows fixed and now the suspension needs to be replaced. The only person that has been the best in this situation has been the service consultant Adam Rippy. He is amazing! So I don’t recommend this dealership unless you want to be taken advantage of in a bad situation that has just gotten worse. I also do not recommend working with Chris Swisher, Jason or GT because they will not care what they sell to you. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had and I really don’t want anyone else to go through this. Beware of this dealership!!

Best service department I have ever had business with.

Best service department I have ever had business with. I will defiantly buy my next vehicle from them because the service received and the quality of the vehicle. Delt with a Kia dealership on the north side of Indianapolis and it was the worst I have ever experienced of any vehicle I have owned.

Bought a car haven’t had it a year and it needs a new

Bought a car haven’t had it a year and it needs a new engine. The GM wanted me to pay $ down for a different car and my payment would go up over 150$ a month. This is ridiculous that they don’t stand behind their cars and do right by the customer. I was told by the salesman that this was a great car and had no issues or problems. That is clearly not the case. Mr. Skillman do you know how your business is being ran and the xx your salesmen are telling customers to get cars sold? Shame on you for not making this right! The first page of your website you talk so highly of your business and clearly that is not how you treat your buyers. A car needing a new engine less than a year from purchase is crazy and you did nothing.

2 reasons for this review! First time was for an oil change and tire rotation. We picked the car up and they didn’t rotate the tires. The guy asked us “How do you know we didn’t rotate your tires?” Because there was a scratch on one of the rims and it was still in the same place when we picked it up. Secondly we had a factory recall. Had an appointment on a Saturday at 10am. They said it would take about two hours to complete and they would call us. Waited around until 2:30 PM and called them to see what was going on and the front desk operator told me that the Service Department closed at 1pm. I explained that I had a car there being serviced and they were supposed to call me when it was done and all she said was, “I don’t know what to tell you.” Luckily a manager was there after speaking with him he found the keys and we picked the car up. No idea if they fixed the recall or not. Won’t be going back. Napleton on the Northside has always been great. It’s a lot longer drive since we live in Greenwood but we can’t trust Ray Skillman anymore.

Service Department is great.

Service Department is great. Seles Department is not the best. Had experience with an other Kia dealership and it was terrible.

Bought a 2024 Kia Telluride Prestige from Ray Skillman.

Bought a 2024 Kia Telluride Prestige from Ray Skillman. The driver's seat controls malfunctioned. Took car to them for repair. The service rep said it was the seat module. The mechanic replaced the seat switch. The seat malfunctioned on the way home. They had the car for a week. The car is back in the shop (2 days and counting) still not fixed with no idea when it will be ready. Asked for a loaner and they said "no".

Excellent customer service

West ,Mike and Ben they are the best.. the customer service they showed was above and beyond and they all make you fill at home. I recommend going to them to get a vehicle .

Great Sales Guy!!

Michael Alberty was a great car sales guy. Never felt pressure to buy or any signs that made us feel like we were wasting his time. He talked to us as people and took the time to get to know us other than just his next customer! Highly recommend him for you next car purchase!!

Great customer service

Michael made the process as quick and easy as possible. We came in from out of town with our 2 yr. old in tow. He was in communication throughout the week regarding paperwork needed to speed the process up upon arrival on Saturday. Anyone can appreciate that but especially a parent of a young child. My husband appreciate the Starbucks coffee too.
