Chuck Anderson Ford was founded in 1974 when Chuck and his family purchased the dealership and moved to Excelsior Springs. The dealership has continually grown and expanded to meet the needs of a growing community while maintaining its friendly family-owned customer service values.
Over the years many long-term relationships have developed with our customers who we consider friends. Our clients have high expectations for the cars they drive and equally high expectations about the dealership professionals who serve them. Had to go back several times because they kept forgetting

Had to go back several times because they kept forgetting stuff that went with title, said we wanted a 4 ye loan, when we got paperwork it was a 5 yr loan. There was a warning in the system for air bags that should have been taken care of before it was aold, when I ask abour it I was told to takw ir somewhere else. Should have stuck with Smithville Ford...

Hi Ricky! The service airbag light came on after you took delivery of the vehicle and we offered for you to bring it in at your convenience and we would check it out. It was not on during in the 16 days we owned it before you purchased it. We're sorry for your poor experience with us. That's not how we want our customers to feel, and not how we've done business for nearly 50 years.

It was on when we were test driving the car, but didn't know at the time what I was seeing. When I ask about it you told me to go to another dealership to have it checked out!

My son bought a vehicle from here in Feb he didn't want

My son bought a vehicle from here in Feb he didn't want the warranty cause usually they are pointless but they talked him into didn’t wanna see him leave there without one 3 months later check engine lights comes so he took it to a local mechanic to have it diagnosed they told him wat was wrong so since he bought the warranty he took it to the dealership to see if it was covered under the warranty and he told them wat was wrong with the vehicle when he showed up to the appointment so they decided to diagnose it and charge him $155 for what we told them was already diagnosed he was just seeing if it was covered under his warranty which it isn't go figure u buy a 2020 vehicle and drive it for 3 months u don't expect to have any issues very disappointed is chuck Anderson Ford this will be the last vehicle we buy from you and I'll be sure I inform my friends n family that also have purched vehicles from this dealership.
