Chuck Anderson Ford provided excellent repair service. The staff was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and completed the work in a timely manner. My vehicle runs perfectly now, and I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely return for future service needs.

I took all 3 cars to have oil changed and updated done

Thanks for the great feedback! Yes, any time parts are being replaced within the dash, it is incredible to cost discrepency between parts and labor. A week or two ago we had to replace a $30 part, but it took nearly 12 hours of labor to install it!

Took my car to shop for a new water pump and timing

Took my car to shop for a new water pump and timing chain. After getting my car back within a couple days I start having issues. My engine light comes on. I take my car back to find out I have a cylinder 1 misfire. Diagnosis is a bad coil on cylinder 1. Repair 1 coil and all new spark plugs. They wouldn't admit any fault at all that they might of damaged the coil while replacing the water pump and timing chain. The only reason I ended up getting a $40 discount is I had a coupon from Ford. I have also asked 4 different times for a estimate for a part for my car from an accident. Being told they have some computer problem and waitng on IT. Still waiting.

Rachel, I'm really sorry that you had a poor experience. It would be highly unlikely that swapping a water pump and timing chain would damage the coil.
