Great experience purchasing 2017 Ford Expedition EL Limited. Car was as advertised. Drove from Beaumont area. Very clean. Edgar Quiroz was my sales rep and did an outstanding job. No pressure, very relaxing. Eric helped me secure financing with my local credit union. No pressure in upsales. The only reason i didn't rate 5 stars is because their financing banks were very unreasonable. But my credit union did great.

BUYER BEWARE
BUY BEWARE!!! Drove 40 mins to explain to an ADULT who apparently is the General Sales manager and FINANCE director (Michael Graves) what an invoice is and a rebate. If you ever purchase a vehicle with the packages (gap, road hazard etc) they offer and decide later down the road you want to trade it in for a different vehicle, MAKE SURE you ask for the CANCELLATION FORM because they will NOT show you this when you are finalizing the trade!!! Why? Because they WANT to pocket the refund that you are ENTITLED to!! Literally I have been fight for 5 months trying to get my refund from my gap and I have yet to receive it from them. Michael Graves is this biggest con artist because he can lie in your face EVEN though the evidence is there! He wants to do basic math and yet he still gets it wrong!!! DON'T GO HERE!! Save yourself a trip and go to Clear Lake or Texas City!!

Terrible customer service.
After purchasing a pickup, I have had the worst customer service . Tried call, emailing about a registration problem, and can NOT get anyone to help me. I can not DRIVE the pickup because now it is not registered. My sales lady Cheryl has taken me out of the loop, the manager NIck has not bothered to call me back, and M Norris will not take my calls. All I want is to get the pick up registered. I would not recommend this this dealership to my worst enemy.
