Like the way their show room is set up. Nice and quiet when you walk in, someone right there to help. Found them to be very helpful, and they were not... pushy at all. I had the right level of attention and support, and not a bunch of sales activity or people swarming me. Was in and out in under an hour. Over the past 40 years I have bought many cars for myself, my adult children, etc. This was the easiest and most pleasurable experience ever!

I bought a brand new Subaru Crosstrek. Before it was even 1 year old the radio/cd/blue tooth and CarPlay stopped working right. I was told that?s normal... and we have to wait for the update which is usually $135 each year after the warranty expires. Then I had a question on what I thought was a crack in the control arm and the service personnel and even the service manager were aggressively saying it was my fault and I had hit something. Eventually I got them to just look at it to which they apologized that nothing was even wrong with it. The poor attitude and accusations that it was my fault were some of the poorest customer service I have aver seen. I am so disappointed with the service department of Brunswick Auto Mart Subaru and wish I had never purchased a vehicle there.

Brunswick did the first oil change on my 2019 Ascent. Afterward I discovered they overfilled the oil. The level was 1 inch above the full mark, at the... twist in the dipstick. When I called to schedule a time to bring it in to be corrected the service rep didn't think I knew how to check the oil level, but he agreed to check it. Upon bringing it in he removed/wiped/inserted the dipstick 5 times then agreed its overfilled and acknowledged the level was at the twist in the dipstick. They performed the corrective action (sucked oil out) and we requested a statement. The service rep advised it would take 2 hours to write it up, upon trying to appeal to him to do it immediately we gave up and left. Upon returning home we checked the level and it was low plus oil spots were on our grill. Guess where we won't be going for service or to purchase cars? (and we are in the market for another car)
