Jeff Belzer's New Prague

I recently purchased an F150 from Belzers through sales consultant Scott Cameron. Every phase of the process was handled with honesty. Scott took the time to explain their pricing process and didnt try to oversell me on things I didnt need. I was initially interested in buying from Belzers based on price, but that was only a small component of my eventual satisfaction. Bob Shoemaker did an exemplary job of explaining the technical features and benefits of my Ford. He also communicated with my after the sale to help troubleshoot issues I was having with the Ford App. I highly recommend the dealership and Scott Cameron/Bob Shoemaker andwill definitely consider buying future vehicles from them.

I found the dealership to have great prices. I appreciated them getting me a list of things to be completed beforehand so that I could basically stop in and be down the road in a short, painless amount of time.

From the second we walked in the door, we were treated professionally as well as courteously. Jon never rushed us, yet kept us informed with all the next steps as we went through the process. It took a little longer to get the car ready so he spent time with us to keep us happy. I would recommend Jon Breitenstein always for your auto purchase needs.

My experience buying a used car was fantastic all because of my sales person Kelly Larson. She helped me from the very first email to calling me a couple of days after my purchase to make sure everything was going well. She knew what I was looking for and found me the perfect car! Low miles and a great price! Thank you Kelly! You were friendly, knowledgeable and simply a joy to work with.

2019 3500 HD truck working with John the salesman was good. I would buy a car from him again. Having to go over to your other dealership to take care of the financing and get the vehicle picked up is kind of pain. However what I did not like was the person who delivered the vehicle to me was not knowledgeable about the vehicle was not knowledge about Chevrolets could not help me set up my OnStar could not answer my questions about the vehicle. So I will have to go to another Chevrolet dealer to let them explain to me the vehicle I bought from you. That I think is ridiculous when you spend that kind of money and the people selling the vehicle don't know anything about it. I would recommend the salesman I would not recommend people buying a new Chevrolet from your dealership if you can't don't know the product that you're delivering.

Great people, friendly, and most important very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get a vehicle, and I could not be happier with the vehicle I got. Jack Yanisch was friendly and so helpful. Matthew Phyle did everything he could and got me into a vehicle that I am so happy to have. They both stayed late to get the paperwork done and I got to drive this great car home. Thank you so much for the great service and help you did for me. Everybody was very nice,I did not feel like I was pressured.If I had a negative comment I would say that Julio did not know much about the car and the history of the car like when on the test drive he seemed like he wanted to get it over as soon as possible like he knew something was maybe wrong with the car or he was worried I would catch something I did not like.There were a few things I did not care for,1-The exhaust system on the car is much to loud even to sports car fans like myself.I will have to put 1000-2000 or more into the car to bring it back to a stock system.Driving it around sounds like I am qualifying for a NASCAR event.I know odviously that a lot of owners of these vehicles want to be loud and make their presense felt but now I will have to put more money in to the car to get it down to a still sporty but respectable sound for everyday driving.2-I noticed that the gas tank when I left to drive home was running on empty.I guess it would have been nice if you guys could have thrown in a tank of gas for me.But in the end I had a good experience with you.Thank You

I've watched these Chevrolet HD truck prices for years and I can attest, Nobody can beat the price's offered at Belzer Chevrolet!!! Jon Breitenstien helped me immediately as I walked into the door of the showroom. He and Matt Langebartels did a great job laying out my options for me! Jon B. was very friendly and courteous to my family as well! When it came time to finalize the sale and sign the papers, Jon B. took me over to see Tim Tichich I believe his name was...Tim was very helpful in persuading GMAC to give me a chance on a loan for the new truck, as I've never purchased new before, and I thank him greatly for that! Tim was also very helpful in explaining all the finance and warranties to me. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience getting the deal done, and I can't thank Jon B., Matt L. and Tim T. enough! I decided to buy from Belzers for one reason...that being Justen Thelen did what he said he would do. I happened to begin the process in October, and of course pricing changed in November. I told him to call me with the price after new deals were set. He did...on the very day the pricing changed. I have had experiences with others that say they will call back...and you never hear from them again. It's called Say/Do ratio. I completed my purchase this past weekend. Justen was the sales consultant that I worked with. I had been in a couple times before and Justen offered a no pressure, well assisted experience throughout the buying process. Once the deal was made, Brian Albaugh was very efficient and accommodating in closing out the deal. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle without being in the dealership almost literally all day. 2.5 hours start to finish. Very happy withe my purchase experience.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Justin. There was no pressure and he did a good job of explaining the trucks features. Justin also did a good job of watching for our new trucks delivery and letting us know it had arrived. I’ll contact him for my next Ford
