Always great service at this location!

I bought my Hyundai Tucson SEL brand new here in 2020. Very easy process from start to finish. I've come in for scheduled maintenance and have always been provided excellent & friendly service. Highly recommend this location!

GREEN PALISADE CALLIGRAPHY EDITION

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly face and excited for me. Daraius Mitchell was fabulous, as I had already been that week to several dealerships looking for my new ride. I had been doing my research for the past 6 weeks and knew what exactly I was looking for. I knew from my research of the Roburst Emerald and wanted that color!!! Other make dealerships except for one other cringed when I told them the “GREEN” I wanted, which was the selling point. Daraius was up front that he didn’t have that color but since he knew one was expected at the dealership he showed me what it would look like. We test drove the vehicle. We were almost back when I asked if I could drive on the highway as several wouldn’t let me. Daraius was thrilled and then while I was driving showed the different ride modes so I could tell. As we waited for the vehicle to be delivered to the dealership, he was always prompt in responding to my messages. When my vehicle arrived he was patient as I was figuring a busy schedule for me to come in and get paperwork done. Daraius Mitchell is the best. I was even able to talk to other salespeople when I was waiting on something and they treated me like a person and not a client Everyone @ Autonation has been nice even guys in the garage after I was able to see my new ride while they were getting her ready for me. Sam Napolitan was great and understanding of my situation had compassion and was a sweet heart.

Buyer beware!

It took 5 1/2 hours to complete the sales process even though I told them we had to leave. They kept insisting it wouldn’t take much longer but still took too long. After delivery of vehicle the pinstripes were not done & it was very difficult to get a time for it to be done. The dealership automated phone system puts you in a loop & can’t speak to a live human. Still waiting for it to be done.

A new ride

From the moment I walked into the dealership in March 2023, Daraius Mitchell was welcoming me into “his home”. He was a gentleman, nice and understanding. I was very specific in what I was wanting and he took all information and willing to do a great test drive showing me the different levels of drive. He knew I had many test drives and where I stood through my process of finding a new vehicle. I kept him informed and he was always prompt in responding. The color I required wasn’t on the lot, but he pulled it up and showed me and even sent to me. When I decided the 2023 Hyundai Palisade calligraphy edition of Robost Emerald, Daraius kept me updated on the delivery of my vehicle, and even kept me calm when the delivery kept changing. He informed me when my new vehicle came in and worked with my busy schedule. Then was able to work Sam Napolitan. She was so understanding and thorough with her job. I felt both Daraius and Sam were my friends than just dealership employees.

Smooth Purchase Experience = Happy Customer

This is the first time and the first positive experience ?? I have had purchasing a vehicle from ANY dealer. Mr. Abdiel Rodriguez and Mr. Randall Cook were both so kind and professional during the time frame for purchasing this vehicle. I have no words to describe the impact Mr. Abdiel left on me.
