We had a great experience at Lawton Kia, if I can I will refer friends to see you guys . Very friendly and had the vehicle we were looking for.

They were nice but tried to get me to buy what I didn’t want to plus there were defects on that vehicle that no one knew about. However. When I did purchase the vehicle I wanted they answered my questions showed me what I was asking about. And I was very pleased. The young man who serviced my vehicle was very pleasant and appeared to be knowledgeable of what he was doing and would like him to service all of my future oil changes. I am overall very happy at this point. Thank you Below they are asking about certain individuals. Best dealership ever. Customer service is always amazing. They keep me apprised and don't give me the run around regarding what I need. They always provide/offer transportation if needed, which is super convenient for me.

The service girls are great! However, I’m disappointed in the vip service I usually get when I’m there. ( wash & vacuum). Also, resetting the computer was over looked.

To much harassments, to get you to schedule service. Constant email and even phone calls. The vehicle was in for recall. I told them I did not want any other service performed. There prices are to high.

Courtesy and friendly staff. They been servicing my Kia since i had it. Easy access online for scheduling services for my vehicle. The waiting area is great to wait why they servicing your vehicle.

Got car back, hand prints on dash, didn't clean windows on inside, over all customer service helpful, but technicians sloppy, detail average, but overall fair

Polite, and ready when I got to my appointment. Told what I wanted done, and it was done. Told me of additional service that may be needed and relied on my decision on what I wanted done.
