Jim was the salesman, he was helpful and wonderful. BE CAREFUL ON FINANCING! Interest rate was very high. I found a lower rate on my own very easily but now have to go through the hassle to refinance. Finance Manager who prepared the paperwork did not work to help us as the buyer. They just lost a good buyer, will not go back.

Purchased a used vehicle and it needed front bumper repairs. Signed all paperwork and paid on a Tuesday evening. Left the vehicle with the dealership (and left my traded in vehicle) and was promised it was going to be completed Friday morning for 9am pick up. Was called Thursday evening and was told they weren’t sure if it was going to be ready early Friday but would be done later in the day, they advised they would call first thing in the morning. Got a call Friday morning and was told it was not going to be ready until Monday now. GM was extremely confident the day of purchase it was going to be ready Friday morning and that wouldn’t be an issue. Managers have not called back to talk to me directly, only the sales specialist was relaying all the bad news, never got a call from the person who promised it being ready.

Spare tire missing when bought, serviced 4 times and still not right! I stated I want the emissions inspection and they did not do it! Made me an appointment stating parts would be in and they were not. Wasted my time and gas.

i just purchased my new car there, I wish they had a bigger choice ( i took the only one they had) i have to give them credit because none of the other dealers had any in stock

Not a single person listens to you
No one can listen to anything I say or have said and then they keep blowing up my phone for a vehicle I do not have anymore and I have told them at least 10-15 times to delete my information. I can’t get them to leave me alone. DO NOT GO HERE go elsewhere you and your phone and email will be much happier.

Have a Kia Optima I purchased at this dealership. Car recently just died while I was driving it. Called dealership to let them know I'll be having it towed there for repair (supposed to still be under warranty). Was told 3 weeks, wow! Needless to say it's unbelievable that I'm expected to go without a vehicle for 3 weeks. Mind you its not that a part is on order, that's just for it to be "looked at". Extremely disappointed, guess lesson learned!

The service manager looked online and got me a coupon for my oil change. The service was faster than quoted.

RJ ,was the Service Specialist and handled our professional experience efficiently for our Murano to receive 4 new tires and alignment. He helped expedite the process and we are highly satisfied with our experience and the quality of the service . The vehicle received a free overall inspection for safety and was washed and cleaned when we picked it up. This is where we will bring our vehicle's for continued service and want to commend Smail Auto/ KIA for a job well down
