fraud

Told me they were selling me a type s but it turned out to be an lx (difference is safety features that are not visible). they left the body type blank on the contract. I was told we'd do a walkaround checklist when they delivered it but that didn't happen. also found my supposedly new car had hail damage, 550 miles and other signs of previous use. I am disabled and unable to do a quick inspection... Calls to sales mgr. Lucas Legrand have been unanswered and msgs not returned. Talked repeatedly to salesman Matthew Dirks whose only response was that he would have Lucas call me which hasn't happened. This is day 3. I will update after i hear from my attorney and/or billion.

Actually, the sales manager and Lucas have called you numerous times, you never answer and you have not returned any of our calls. To get this resolved, we need to have you stop in and we will review the paperwork, and if we were deceptive at all, we always do the right thing and fix these type of errors quickly! Please call us ASAP, we have left at least five messages with you, and welcome getting together with you soon!

If you like being treated like human waste.

If you feel like being lied to yelled at and then yelled at by a general manager this is the dealership for you. Not sure how they got this good of a ranking on here. Look them online first for real reviews and then look up there employee feedback review it's wonderful.

Visit to review or possibly buy Lexus IS250

Turns out the vehicle was a beautiful car but smaller than we imagined. Anyway, Corey did a good job preparing the car for us prior to my wife and I arriving. I brought in a trade-in vehicle a 2002 Lexus w/166,000 miles. The car was priced at $14,900 and I was hoping to get about $3,500 for my car. My car turned out to have a few check engine light issues and they offered a lot less..........We ended up buying a vehicle from a private seller, 2011 Lexus RX 350 with 90k miles for $12k the next day. Sometimes it's just a matter of how much a dealership is willing to work with you. Thx

Unimpressive follow up

Salesperson who responded to my request for info on the email used just “Hey and my last name” as the greeting of the email and then the response itself was full of typos and not really helpful info. Didn’t pursue any further things with this dealership but did buy a Kia from someone else’s dealership

No class of a dealership

We were trying to workout numbers on a vehicle and they moved the vehicle we were looking at and they weren’t willing to move on numbers and added money to it the deal for mats that were not on the sticker price and wouldn’t take it off the deal. Come to find out that someone else was interested in the car too and so they were not even trying to make a deal with us. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been too and wouldn’t recommend it if you want a good deal and to actually get a vehicle. They were trying to sell it right underneath us.

Saved the day!

I took my car in for service since it wasn't running well and I was informed it would cost around $2000 to have it fixed properly. Rowdi introduced me to Tyler and I was out of my problem and into a new car in less than 1 hour. Thank you Tyler and Rowdi for all of your help.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff

I was very pleased with my experience at Billion! They had a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I felt welcomed and that they really listened. I will be back again for my next vehicle!
