This dealership should NOT be patronize or trusted. I spent over a week negotiating with the slaes management ( Erica) . After agreeing upon a a price I made arrangements to have ths QX80 picked up bya transport company ( i paid a deposit). I then purchased a plane ticket ( i live in North Carolina). I went to my credit union and called my buyer. He was told that the buyers invoice would be emailed. We NEVER got the buyers order. My buyer readout SEVERAL TIMES..NO RESPONSE. A day later he received a TEXT ( NO decency to call ) stating the vehicle had been sold. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS NO INTEGRITY or moral business etiquette to HONOR agreements. Take you money and business elsewhere...if you value integrity.

Everything was excellent! From my service advisor, Marc, to tire pricing dealer comped Lyft ride back and forth to my house, all excellent. Don't always get a chance to be impressed with a car dealership but I would highly recommend Schumacher of Palm Beaches!

He is an amazing asset to Infiniti! In fact although I bought my Infiniti from the Stuart dealership, I changed to Palm Beach because the Stuart dealership was filled with incompetent and unethical service department and had enough of their constant failures.
