Heather our salesperson was great, couple issues w/vehicle
I was well satisfied with the sales team. They were polite and helpful. Found a couple of issues with the vehicle when I got it home though that I felt should have been identified during the certification-fog lights not operational and toggle switch for manual shifting does not function. Brought the vehicle back to have steps installed , which the guys did a great job on (very quick and efficient) and talked to service department about the issues before my appointment but yet the repairs weren't made as agreed.I know they are very busy over there with it being a new facility so that isn't much to complain about. Overall good experience .

Great service
Emergency driving south to Florida. Car keys flushed down the toilet!! Call to Volume CHEVROLET dealer told us exactly what to do. Also excellent help from GM roadside service. They saved the day and the trip. Especially a call out to female service agent at Volume. Very kind during our embarrassing crisis.

Great Service
The check engine light came on in my car on a Thursday night. We dropped my car off at the dealership without an appointment on the Friday before Christmas. They quickly discovered the problem, called me to let me know the charges and fixed it as soon as possible. I had not even purchased my car from this dealership and had great service and attention.
