The place was clean and organized the salespeople were nice and welcoming! They were knowledge and will to answer any questions i had. I also taught a couple of people who Emily Bronte is. Also about the wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald.

I purchased an Ascent and was so excited with the

I purchased an Ascent and was so excited with the vehicle, but it has been nothing but problems since the first few months… it has had repair after repair. I won’t buy another.

Misleading, treat women other than white poorly,

Misleading, treat women other than white poorly, condescending. My white husband never has an issue. This is not my first time and it always happens. This will be my last time there! Customers: ask for written verification. Jensen: get a verification app and do better, wasted 3 hours of my day just on the drive to and fro.

Had my daughter take her car there as I'm almost 1k miles

Had my daughter take her car there as I'm almost 1k miles away. I told them on the phone that I needed a piece of mind that the car will be completely solid when it's done. They didn't do me wrong!

Came in with an oil light on.

Came in with an oil light on. They assisted me and gave my car 1 quart of oil, so I could get back to Illinois. I can't say enough good things about it. I'm greatful for your service department assistance.

Purchase was mishandled.

Purchase was mishandled. Sales rep gave info that was not valid. Explanation was not satisfactory. There was long delays during sale finalization.
