Worst experience in 60yrs.
Day after purchase EPC light comes on today, oil pressure light comes on, bring it back in three days, tell him don’t want car, trade for better. He say ok after he comes back from vacation. Back from vacation he changes mind. Says car is mine and to use warranty. Took car to dealer, warranty no good.

Shady Business Practices-Beware
I had a deal to purchase a vehicle with Oren, when I got there to do paperwork, everything was incorrect, nothing what he said was on that paperwork. I paid a deposit that they refuse to give me back although they are the ones who lied and then tried to scam me with the paperwork. Ladies Beware!

I have been shopping for a used Cadillac SRX for a while and came across the 2013 Premium they had for sale. I went to the lot to take a look and my first impression wasn't bad ad a couple of guys came right out and asked if I needed anything and gave me the keys to have a look. So I get in the car to have a look and start it up and I smelled smoke so I figured maybe it had been owned by a smoker. But as I popped the hood to have a look the salesman, Mike, is standing at the drivers door smoking a cigarette. While I was happy it wasn't coming from the car not the best first impression with your sales rep. As I am looking over the car and falling in love we get to talking numbers. He asks if I am paying cash or financing. I said financing and asked if they were firm with the $16,995 listing? He says that I first need to understand that that price reflects a $2000 down payment. I said that isn't mentioned anywhere in any of the listings for the car and thought it was pretty deceptive. His reply was "you're going to find fine print everywhere". I handed him the key fob and said have a nice day. He tried to keep me on the lot by asking what I would pay and let me see what room I have in the car. I just looked back at him and said you could have very easily had a sale today but it is no wonder why this car has been on your lot for 132 days. It is a shame because it appeared to be in great shape. Would have bought it for the right price in a heart beat beat but not from a deceptive place like this. Can't imagine things would have been dealt with any differently or with any amount of professionalism if anything was wrong with the car.

I am speechless! This dealer is incredible. I hate the car buying process, and for that reason I keep my cars for 5 to 7 years just so I don't have to do the process over again! I've just purchased my second car from First Class Auto Land a year after I got my other car for my wife and yet again they made the process a breeze. The staff is very friendly and eager to help! They are very straight forward and to the point. There main goal is to keep their customers happy and thats what I love about this dealer!They are about 3 hours from me, yet I do the drive out of pleasure knowing they will take care of me there.
