I would not recommend this dealership.

I would not recommend this dealership. It took 17 days to deliver the vehicle after purchase, even though we were told 5-7 days. The delay was caused supposedly by shipping and because there was a cracked windshield (how was this not discovered until after the vehicle was purchased?). This was already frustrating, but the bigger issue is what happened next. 28 days later, the car we traded in still has not been paid off. I have had to make two car payments now this month, in addition to having to have car insurance on a car I did not own for 17 days. We have repeatedly tried to resolve this, but the manager refuses to speak with us, leaving us with no answers and no accountability. Our salesperson has been amazing, but the manager will not talk to us. This has caused unnecessary stress and could have serious financial consequences for us. Buying a car should not involve this level of delay, poor communication, and lack of follow-through. If you’re considering this dealership, proceed with caution.
