Bad service, maybe time for a change in mobile

Hope they don’t lie to the customer. They should be honest and treat customer with respect. Hope the owner learn something. Hope they bring quality not bullshyt

Unsatisfied

This car lot is full of scams. First day of purchasing my car it wouldn't even make it across the Prichard bridge. Car has a TON of problems and it also wont accelerate to 60 mph without jerking really bad to the point it wont even drive. They refused to give me a refund or a different car. Also, the sales woman is extremely rude.

Got taken like a Fool!

Sold me vehicle with lots of problems for premium dollar. Spent 1000.00 in repairs first 6 months. They have changed their name to Auto Net now. Buyer Beware, Go to a regular dealer. You will get a much better vehicle for the same price.

Don't do it!

This car lot is evil I bought a car that wont go over 50 mph and they refuse or cant produce my title paperwork after over 90 days of me having my vehicle. Please don't buy anything from these heartless people this car lot should be shut down and I'm in the process of legal action to get my down payment refunded!

3/31/19 I purchased a transmission for a 2008 GMC Acadia from Auto Quest Mobile LLC. I have the receipt dated 3/31/19 showing purchase with notation of the 30 day warranty. I traveled from Ider, Al *roughly 380 miles* to find the transmission still in a vehicle. Although, I had been told the transmission was out and ready to load into my vehicle; I was in Mobile from 11am to 9pm waiting for the transmission to be pulled. On 4/19/19 with transmission *purchased from Auto Quest Mobile LLC* newly placed into my 2008 GMC Acadia my vehicle was towed to Harbin Chevrolet Certified Service located in Scottsboro, Al to have the computer reprogrammed *flashed* to read the newly placed transmission the next day. Saturday 4/20/19 Chevrolet Certified Technician called me to let me know that my vehicle had completely locked down. *The key would not turn and was stuck in the ignition. In order to remove my vehicle from the service bay the tech had to take the battery cables off and undo the linkage to place my vehicle in neutral manually* The Transmission Control Module *TCM* inside the Transmission *purchased from Auto Quest Mobile LLC* was not the correct one for my vehicle. The technician stated that when he attempted the reprogramming *flash* since this was the wrong TCM that the vehicle locked down, because the parts could not communicate. Repair in this situation was to purchase a new Transmission Control Module *TCM* GM part number 24275868, drain newly purchased transmission fluid, tear into transmission to replace, replacement of gaskets and new transmission fluid. The cost of this repair through Chevrolet Certified Technicians would be $1798.00. I have a detailed report from Harbin Chevrolet Certified Service. The technician stated that even with this $1798.00 fix he was still unsure if the transmission would function properly. On 4/20/19 I made first contact with Auto Quest Mobile LLC to try to speak with Alex. I informed the person I was speaking with about the problem and ask them to have him call me. 4/22/19 I again contacted Auto Quest Mobile LLC to speak with them of the problem. I was told by a female attending the phone that Alex was not in, but to give her a moment. She put me on a brief hold coming back to the phone to tell me, I would have to bring my vehicle to them for removal of the transmission. I responded stating my location and that if that was the case they should have stated that prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Then, I was again told Alex would call me back. On 4/24/19 still no word from Alex, I again reached out to Auto Quest Mobile LLC. I was directed to Scott * A Mechanic*. I informed Scott of the issue. Scott was friendly and helpful at this time, he stated he would find out what Alex wanted to do and have Alex contact me. 0n 4/25/19 Scott send a voice text that had a time limit to my phone that was unrecognizable. I contacted Auto Quest to speak with Scott. He stated that Alex was willing to help with some cost of the new TCM and that Alex would be reacting out to me. I have reached out regularly to Auto Quest Mobile LLC. I have been hung up on, had calls not answered unless I was calling from a different phone or blocked number. This has been a huge headache. 5/09/19 I spoke with Holly. Holly stated she was unsure why this had not been handled, she was sympathetic and her exact words were she completely understood why I was upset and frustrated that she would be to. Again I was told Alex would get the message to contact me. 5/14/19 I have just spoke with Holly again and was told Alex is not there. She said she was doing all she could do giving him the message. At this point I have been reaching out almost daily for 25 days. I would not recommend doing any type of business with Auto Quest Mobile LLC. The owner of this business does not seem to care about his customers or his businesses reputation.
