Unprofessional old school car dealer. Jason. Is a rip off artist. Came across all nice at first then after an indicatiom of buying interest started lying and didn't keep his word. In spite of promises he still owes me hundreds. He'll talik about himself, how os life is not gping well and how little he pays his workers as a bragging point... Avoid this place!

Found 2012 Escape online after extensive search, at Power On in Monroe, NC. Talked to Jason, both by text and phone. Got the best deal, excellent car with low miles, all the extras, within 200 miles. Drive 2 hours, quick transaction, all like he said it would be. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Jason !

Doug at Power On Auto was great!! We found a car for my son that had everything he needed. Doug made the transaction smooth and made sure we were satified with everything. He was tranparent in everything and didnt force anything to pad the sale... much appreciated. I recommend them to anyone looking for a used quality car.

Drove 3 hours up to get a particular car they had . Noticed the car had what looked to be an oil drip on the under side of it. Ask if they had checked it and they claimed they had changed the oil and probably spilled some. but that they had checked it over and it was fine. I ask to put the car on their lift and look at it but they had excuses and the lifts were tied up they claimed....I bought the car and an extended warranty from them "just in case". Well drove the car 3 hours home and noticed oil had now coated the whole bottom of the car and could smell burning oil. Put on the lift to find out they had put electrical tape on the pcv vent lines and couple other hokey items. After fixing several of these items I took it into the dealership to have them check on the smoke odor coming into cabin. The motor has several issues and BMW want to replace the engine . Major issues that had to be noticed and band-aided by the dealer ship or ignored and sold the car for a profit. We will see what the warranty company decides to cover if any of this...
