    Service department needs a lot of work to get it up to par with the sales department. Purchased my truck brand new here. It was a great experience buying... and never had any problems. Ruben my salesman was very pleasant to work with. Got me a deal I could live with. When buying the vehicle I opted to purchase the dealers car doc service package. When scheduling the first service I requested the transmission fluid get checked due to a weird feel during the truck shifting. Was told by Mike Hathaway, that in my truck you cannot check the fluid level and that if there was an issue there is sensors that would tell me it was low. During the 10k mile service I requested that they look into my gauge cluster due to the needles “tick-tock” movement. They took the truck and had a tech drive it but came back saying nothing was wrong. I opened a case with Toyota due to there not being a TSB for the gauge cluster. So I provided them nice GoPro videos of what was happening and they still wouldn’t do anything. I also asked again for the transmission fluid to be checked and again Mike Hathaway told me you can’t check it and refused to put it on the work request. During the 15k mile service I requested and alignment to go with my car doc service package. They informed me I needed to pay for this, which I did. Then I again requested that they check my transmission. The service manager David Santos and he met my request with no issues and had them check the fluid level. After they checked it they found the fluid level to be 1.5 quarts low. With the alignment they did the truck did not drive straight and the wheel was not level. With that i did not receive me an alignment sheet to show what they set it to. During the 20k mile service I requested an alignment due to the truck not driving straight and the wheel being off. They took the truck, but when I got it back I immediately noticed that the steering again wasn’t straight and the truck didn’t drive straight. I took the truck back immediately and they offered to fix it first thing in the morning. When I got home I decided to look at the truck myself and found that the tie rod steering linkage was physically loose. So during the Multi point inspection they said they checked all the steering components and adjusted the tie rods without noticing the rod was loose. When I went in to have the alignment fixed again, I mentioned it to the GM. While I was talking to the GM the tech Ruben got an attitude and started telling me that it wasn’t his responsibility even though he signed a sheet saying it was good. After they fixed the alignment and I finished talking to the GM they didn’t give me a alignment sheet again and refused to answer any questions I had. Overall I wouldn’t trust the service department to stick to their word and DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORK. I would recommend getting service done at another dealership.

    My sales man was immediately reassuring once we got around to looking for a car. Before I was able to give him a for sure price tag he didn't try to put... me up with something I wouldn't be able to afford. He helped out with every question we had and I have very little, if nothing to complain about!

    After going through four different dealers and different makes my wife and I decided to drive into Freeway Toyota, Hanford. We did not have the expectation... of purchasing a car that particular day or that make and model. Enrique Vega welcomed us with a great positive attitude and willingness to help. His disposition to help and offer us great customer service is something that we rarely see in the car industry. Enrique along with Fernando, a manager at the dealer, made our buying experience and pleasant. Finally Art, another manager there, sealed the deal with a great deal of confidence and great customer service. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to come and feel at ease in one of the hardest decisions in anyone's life.     We highly recommend this dealership for several reasons. Fernando, Henry, and James made the entire process very easy. I am fussy and these men were extremely... patient and polite, answering every question that we raised. In fact, we were so comfortable with the process that we came away with two cars instead of the one we intended to purchase. Because of the way the process worked, we can highly recommend this dealership. We have full confidence in the purchases that we made and in the final deals that we worked out.
