All negative reviews are true. We experienced it for ourselves. Have bought many cars and trucks and know all the tricks, and can deal with a few knowing it’s part of the business. But these guys are the worst. We Did NOT buy here. After realizing our business was not valued. Please consider this a public service announcement.

Communicated with Russell for a week to secure the deal that was in my best interest. He was very helpful with this process and my purchase at the dealership was great. Worth the six hour drive.

Customer Review: Disappointing Experience and Poor
Customer Review: Disappointing Experience and Poor Service I leased a Prius Prime last August and absolutely loved it. It was the perfect car for my lifestyle since I drive 4,000–5,000 miles a month due to my kids’ school being 45 miles away. The Prius was ideal because of its excellent gas mileage. In September, I returned to the dealership to explore options to lower my payment or purchase the Prius, as I knew I wanted to keep it long-term. At this point, my car had about 42,000 miles on it, which the dealership was well aware of because I’d been a frequent customer and had even dealt with the manager multiple times. However, instead of helping me lower my payments or secure financing, the salesperson advised against keeping the Prius, claiming the high mileage would make it difficult to get a loan. They suggested my “best option” was to trade in the Prius for a new vehicle, a BZ4X, which had a large rebate (around $16,000 or $17,000). I was assured that the rebate would cover my negative equity and that the payments would stay the same as the Prius. Despite concerns, I trusted their advice and went ahead with the trade. The problem is, the BZ4X is fully electric, and its range is only about 235 miles per charge. This was a huge oversight, given how much I drive. I relied on their expertise to recommend a car that fit my needs, and they failed to do so. I expressed my concerns at the time, but the dealer reassured me I could bring the car back in a few months, make a few payments, and trade it in again if it didn’t work out. I have this in writing via text messages. Two months later, I returned as instructed, only to be told I’d need to put down $15,000 to switch back to a Prius. This was shocking and completely unrealistic for me. I’m now stuck with a car that doesn’t meet my needs, is expensive to charge (costing me $400 a month), and has left me stranded multiple times due to limited or out-of-order charging stations. I’ve voiced my concerns repeatedly to the dealership, but they seem uninterested in resolving the situation. A nearby dealership I consulted was shocked that they sold me a vehicle so poorly suited to my needs. It feels like I was misled into purchasing a car they couldn’t sell due to its poor resale value, all for the sake of making a sale. If you’re considering buying a car from this dealership, think twice. They prioritize making sales over meeting their customers’ needs or providing honest advice. I trusted them, and now I’m paying the price—literally and figuratively.

Best car buying experience ever thanks to Russell Coyne! I love my new RAV4 limited and if Russell hadn’t gotten involved the deal wouldn’t have happened. I called wanting a specific vehicle I saw that was still in transit from the factory. I live quite far so we were able to make the deal over the phone. I waited about 3 weeks for the car to arrive and Russell kept me updated the whole time. When it finally arrived he had it delivered to me right away, even on a Sunday. The delivery guys were awesome too. They delivered it in perfect condition with a full tank. They took time to explain everything I wanted to know about the car. Russell and Freeway Toyota of Hanford couldn’t have made it any easier. Now that’s an awesome salesman and dealership that I highly recommend! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This dealership is amazing!! Jeff Hines and Hugo Ruiz should be given awards after working with me. After 2 years of searching for a vehicle, these were the only guys who actually worked with me on the price, responded to my emails and texts, and Jeff was an incredibly huge help with the shipping! I learned that purchasing a vehicle two states away has some additional challenges and increased work for the dealership, and Jeff and Hugo knocked it out of the park. All while being extremely professional and courteous, which had not always been my experience previously. These guys have earned my trust, and our business as a family. They're the ONLY dealership I recommend to friends and family, because they don't act like a dealership. They're good people. God bless these guys.

No hard-sell pressure. I felt the staff was forthright and sincere. In addition, they were very accommodating and let me leave my car there for a few days while I drove home in my new car.

I love Toyota their service is great. My family members have been buying Toyota for years and that’s all they like. I’ve had a couple Toyotas and they lasted me forever. I just got a new Toyota and I love it. I want it for the world Toyotas last forever as long as you take care of it, it will take care of you so people get out there and buy yourself or Toyota. I was working with Josh on a new car at the end of the month, when I called to say I'm on my way, I'm so glad I called and spoke with his manager and I didn't drive the 3 hours to find out that it sold. I wouldn't trust that they have the car on the lot because it is still advertised. I found the customer service unloyal and untrustworthy and because of that they lost my business.
