I had a 215 appointment.

I had a 215 appointment. I was there at 2 o’clock. I waited until 3 o’clock before the service representative met with me. That was inconvenient however I spoke with him about the fact that I had to drive over an hour to get home and would like to be finished before dark. He worked with the technician and the repair only took 45 minutes and I was on my way home by 4 o’clock. I thought overall the two hour wait time was acceptable. I was kept in informed throughout the process. The repair was covered 100% by my extended warranty.

Everyone is engaged from the top to the bottom.

Everyone is engaged from the top to the bottom. Helpful, courteous. And unlike other dealers, I felt like they charged me a fair price without a bunch of wasted time. Tony and Fred are great to work with .
