After having my truck totaled in an accident on Tuesday afternoon, I was dealing with a pretty stressful situation. The team at McLarty Daniel turned what could have been a miserable experience into an incredibly smooth one. My sales consultant, Michael, went above and beyond. By 8:00 AM the very next morning, he had my new truck ready to go and even arranged a courtesy vehicle so my family and I could stay mobile while everything was being finalized. His communication, urgency, and genuine concern for our situation were outstanding. Chris in finance was equally impressive. He made the paperwork process simple, efficient, and stress-free. His knowledge and professionalism are second to none, and he found solutions that made the entire transaction seamless. What started as one of the worst weeks I've had quickly turned into a positive experience because of these two gentlemen. They treated us with respect, worked quickly, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. My service advisor, Doug helped me when I had my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for the right front brake sensor issues. He took time to explain the issue and explained what to expect on therepair process and cost. A shuttle ride was offered to bring me home while my vehicle was being repaired. The repair was completed in a timely manner, Doug communicated with me well, and the repair issue was resolved.

My experience with the service department during servicing was very pleasant. My service advisor Karol was great and handled everything smoothly. The service department associates were very professional with their work, but also chill which I liked. They were able to service my car efficiently and get it back to me in a timely manner. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

Will not follow or abide to simple requests. Has deceptive pricing. So just like a normal dealership. Don’t shop here, buy private and put places like this out of business.

I have been to service department on many occasions with the last time being this week on the 21st. Happened to be in the area and needed to get a fog lamp bulb replaced. I spoke to Karol in service, he assured me that they could get this done as soon as someone available. He got the job done for me in a fairly short amount of time. He was the nicest, friendliest and pleasant service writer I have dealt with there, even though I didn’t have an appointment. I know the service department is very busy but customers do like to be greeted and helped in a nice and friendly manner. I just wanted you to know Karol is an asset to your business. I will ask for him next time I come in .
