I am very pleased with my experience with McClarty

I am very pleased with my experience with McClarty Daniel. I purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee and my salesperson, Forrest was amazing. I look forward to a long relationship with McClarty Daniel. I want to thank Chris, in financing and Forrest for a very positive experience in purchasing my new “Black Beauty”. She rides smooth and she is thoroughly a dream to drive. I want to thank both of you!! She is my new favorite car!!!

They asked if I wanted them to do a recall on my truck.

They asked if I wanted them to do a recall on my truck. I said sure. Set an appointment up. They had 3 days to make sure they had all parts. Dropped off truck later that day they told me they had to order a part. If you request to fix something you should have all the parts on hand. Got email saying it was done with everything checked off plus it said they had washed and vacuumed it. Picked it up and truck wasn’t washed or vacuumed out. Makes you wonder what else they said they did but didn’t do. Will not use them again. This is my second run in with problems from this dealership.

I like Paige's style, she's low key, lets me make my own

I like Paige's style, she's low key, lets me make my own decisions and doesn't try to force the issue. I've dealt with other McLarty salesmen (Men) at other dealerships and they come on as pushy, trying to get me to make a purchase even after I said no repeatedly. Also, when I had a concern about a wobble, she did her best to get it takecare of for a 'wholesale to the public' vehicle. I would work with her again.
