Sent them a message that they have their listing wrong. Never got back to me. They are listing a car with an automatic transmission as a manual. Huge difference. They still haven't corrected the listing.

Contacted them through email and calls.

Contacted them through email and calls. Never once responded. They also have hidden fee's in price that add up to almost 2500.00.

I’ve been completely ignored for over a week after

I’ve been completely ignored for over a week after waiting for numbers to purchase a vehicle. No one has gotten back to me after I sent my trade in info in. I’ve tried contacting management to purchase and they won’t even email me back. Very frustrating as I am trying to make a purchase quickly.

"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY SOON PART"

Cocky owner while trying to rip you off. Bait and switch online offers. I visited his dealership and he had the nerve to tell me go get more money for a vehicle he has listed for 12k online and when you get to see the car he wants 21k for it.

After talking to Randy, I was told the MB I was

After talking to Randy, I was told the MB I was interested in would be $13,999 plus tax, title, registration. When I was directed to the "GM" to get the out the door price for a cash sale, I was told, there were "dealer prep" charges ( cost of doing business guys), Destination charges ( why do I pay for your inventory, do you pay for your grocery store inventory over the cost of food). Bottom line, the $13,999 car now was $19,000 +. Note, When you buy a vehicle at auction that was damaged in an accident ( as many of their cars are) YOU pay to make it sellable, not the Customer. BUYER BEWARE, DON'T FALL FOR THIER SWEET TALKING AND INFLATED COSTS. TYPICAL USED CAR TACTICS.

Is it true that every morning all the employees have to write one review with a made-up name on a review board before they start work?. Also, how rude they are. One just has to call and make a simple inquiry before they have the nerve ask you to fill out financial applications online before giving you any answers. Who do they think they are?
