Larry was a pushy salesman that wasnt very easy or

Larry was a pushy salesman that wasnt very easy or pleasant to communicate with. Ultimately I purchased a vehicle in the same price range at a much better dealership. Tri City Exotic Auto in Windsor has a phenomenal owner, Brady, that made the purchase feel memorable and special!

Questionable AM Technician

I own a 2006 DB 9 with 26,000 miles. I decided to sell the car. A potential buyer ordered a PPI from AM in Denver. He was told by the mechanic that the car needed a new clutch (without knowing the clutch was replaced at another Aston Martin Dealer when she had 20K on her). When told AND presented with the paperwork, the clutch was replaced at 20K miles from another Aston Martin Dealership on the East coast. The buyer contacted the Service Department in Denver and tried to speak to the mechanic. The mechanic said he couldn't talk on the phone. When the potential buyer spoke to the service manager, he said he didn't know what happened, but when he drove it, it was fine. Unlike Terhar Motors, these guys are giving out erroneous information to benefit their pocket book.

I reached out to Joshua Ackerman online about a pre-owned

I reached out to Joshua Ackerman online about a pre-owned Maserati. His replies were friendly, prompt, and accurate. After a brief negotiation I placed a deposit and flew from several states away to finalize the deal. All was as promised. The finance office was also pleasant and direct. Josh introduced us to a shipper who responded promptly and offered a fair price. This location offers a wide variety of upscale brands and Josh is cleared to sell all of them. If you're looking for an enjoyable purchase experience, I highly recommend Josh.

Good experience for preowned Porsche

Mike Ward Fiat-Alfa Romeo made my buying experience very enjoyable. My salesman, Drew Phillips, was knowledgeable about the Porsche Boxster I bought. He quickly got to the point of sale without being pushy. The price was very fair for this pristine car. I liked the fact that all of their used cars are thoroughly inspected and serviced and have a report. My car was just out of factory warranty and was sold without an extended warranty, which I could have bought, but their professionalism convinced me that they knew cars and that this was in excellent condition. The dealership facility was spectacular and the folks were friendly. I had fun just seeing the exotic car show that was going on the day I bought the car. I would recommend that car enthusiasts take a tour of this huge, unique dealership loaded with McClarens, Ferraris, Porsches, Alfas and much more. You won't be attacked by a pushy salesman here.

Test drove then purchased a car.

On my first visit to Mike Ward's dealership, I let each of the friendly personnel that approached me know that i was "just looking". To my pleasant surprise, I was encouraged by each to take my time and look through the various showrooms. When I had a question, there was always someone nearby to answer a question. I was made to feel comfortable. Although I did not purchase a car on the initial visit, ultimately I did and the experience was exceptional in every regard. The test drive, the personal service given by Brett Suder, the negotiation, the paperwork, and the vehicle inspection and delivery were flawless. I wasn't rushed or pressured at any point. I was made to feel important, in charge, and understood. I had a five star buying experience from this five star dealer. I will return and buy another car from Mike Ward.

Fantastic Dealership

I started working with Drew Phillips last year when I wanted to place an order for a Levante S. Drew has been nothing short of amazing to work with. He's been great on communication, and making sure I know where my vehicle is at in production, and timelines. I finally got to pick the truck up last week, and the whole team at Mike Ward Maserati were awesome to work with. Drew and Bob both provided world class customer service, ensuring I left with a smile. I can't say enough great things about how the whole process was handled, other than it was truly refreshing to feel like a human, interacting with humans to get a deal done. Drew continues to be a rockstar, checking-up after the sale to ensure all is well with the vehicle and that I'm still a happy customer. Fantastic!

Good people who truly care

I worked with the Fiat branch and Joe G and the staff are so warm and friendly. They will go out of their way to make your experience great. They really listen to you and work hard to get you a great deal. Highly recommend!

Mike Ward is currently building brand mew facilities that should rate an excellent rating. Our salesman was Tom Von Bank. He was very professional, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Overall, Tom provided us with an enjoyable car buying experience.

Great service, great staff and team!

What a wonderful experience! Of all the dealerships we purchased at over the years, we are very impressed with the service here and staff. Tom Von Bank (our Sales Consultant) and the entire team were very friendly and knowledgeable! We were treated with the utmost respect. And, even had the chance to meet Mike Ward who was on site! All in all, a great experience.
