Definition of Customer Service

Gave me first option to buy based off of when I contacted them, called me promptly to inform me when I could test drive car, extremely friendly staff all around., gave me enough information about the car without my feeling like I was being "sold" Overall amazing experience from beginning to end - when I purchased my Honda Pilot!! Highly recommend Ferrante & Son for the complete customer service experience!
