Great customer service
There was a few questions I had and Derrick had an answer and if he didn’t know you went find out for me. I had to do an oil change and few other things to my vehicle so it took a little but that’s understandable but was getting hungry and the manager came in clutch with some tamales though! I just had great experience with Derrick, Matt and manager Cecil. Honest, respectful and very professional. Derrick went above and beyond with helping me with my tire purchase. Definitely telling friends and family to come to Honda of Odessa to get any help or questions they have about their car.

Very professional set up
Derrick, Cecile, Arron and Harlan were involved in servicing my civic. From start to finish, they kept me updated with everything that was going on. They accommodated my various last minute requests without any issues like checking my brakes and picking me up from home to receive the car. I really like video link that was texted showing me the condition of all the parts that need replacing. I’m very satisfied with my experience and the expenditure. Will definitely recommend.

Great experience.
I was amazed with the new polices and procedures that Classic Honda Of Midland is exercising. We’ve been to the other dealerships in town and we’re not felling welcomed of treated friendly.

2019 Car Experience..
Came into the delarship with little hope on getting a new vehicle just for the fact I had a tough time other places. Ceasar was Awesome not only him but the whole staff they got me into my 2015 Tahoe! Experience was awesome and will be doing buisness them again. Def reccomend!!!!!!

Return customer, always pleased
Cecil, his son Cecil Jr, and Harlan met every expectation. My car was having serious tremors on the highway and come to find out my tires were worn to the point the thread tracks were showing and it could’ve blown out with a good pot hole.
