I am so surprised this company is still in business. I tried to buy a used car from them and after getting the run around for a week I am giving up. I... am literally trying to give them my money and it seems like they could care less. It is like pulling teeth just trying to find out if the car is ready. I can't get a straight answer from anyone, especially from Freddie Davis "a salesman" who gave me his cell phone number that he never answers but from who I get an occasionally message that the car will be ready tomorrow but it never is. I think he must only work 2 days a week because whenever I call the dealership he is not at work. It has been a very terrible experience. I tried to get a manager's email or something so I could find someone willing to sell me the car but all 6 versions of the manager's email address I was given didn't work. Save yourself a lot of headache and time and go somewhere else.
Mr. McCain was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars I inquired about. The process did not take long. I left the dealership. driving a... 2020 Malibu.
Even though I was not able to get the Red Chevy Impala, your team went over and beyond to ensure that I still got my Chevy Impala just in a different color... (White) which I originally did not want, but with their convincing, the white grew on me and your team fought for me in getting a great price for the vehicle. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my experience and your team excelled in professionalism and customer service. I definitely would recommend others to buy a vehicle from Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet. Kudos!!!
Made my appointment online with no problem. Took quite a long time while I waited but I had several problems to get taken care of. Service Writer was awesome.... I?m feeling so much more confident in my vehicle! Thanks!
Contacted the dealership about 2 vehicles they had in stock on their website for days. Spoke with Kristine Bell. Asked me to come in and look at them.... Scheduled time off work this afternoon for it. Went in and was told neither vehicle was there. Sold days before. Vehicles are still posted as in stock on their website. Either it is false and misleading advertising or their sales staff are complete liars. Don't waste your time. Lots of other dealerships around. Contacted Monday by the dealership with the same apology as others. Actions speak louder than words and it is blatantly obvious they don't care. After reading multiple reviews its plain to see they wont change their bait and switch tactics. Same GM, same issues. If I were the owner I would start there and work my way down.
Had a 2019 Tahoe Listed at $39.995,95 Cash when I tried to buy it they started taking away the Rebates , which added up about $3500 Dollars more , Talked... to sales Manager and he was a real Horses Butt
Overall great experience. I purchased a 2019 Chevy Spark.
This was a very good experience and easy as 123 Thanks Patrick . There was no pressure to buy, I took my time and got what I wanted
Purchase a key for 60.00 to find out it didn't work. then learn it cost another 125.00 to get it program. if I was told this at the beginning I could made... up what to do before purchase. but refund was giving after I talk to a manager. thanks
When I arrived at Malcolm Cunningham, I was immediately met at the door by a salesman. Not the dealership door, but my car door, and not so much like a... salesman than a window washer. I had a car in mind, but when the salesman wasn’t sure if it was still in stock, he walked into the dealership to check. Let me say that again, he walked in, didn’t hold the door open, didn’t tell me where he was going, just disappeared into an office that looked more like a traffic control tower than a sales floor. Turns out this was a sign of things to come, because when he realized the car was no longer in stock, but on its way to auction, he made no effort to find me another option, say goodbye, or even acknowledge my continued existence. I saw myself out. You heard that right, no customer service, no etiquette, and absolutely no class. No thank you.
