Was told the certification was required by law and would cost an extra 1700.00 over the sticker price. They wouldn’t tell me who was financing the car or the interest rate. From a sticker price of 25500.00 to over 30,000.00.

I came in for a vehicle and left with one thanks to my salesperson Mirari. Sorry if the spelling is incorrect, but he was a wonderful gentleman and made the whole process worth being there.

Was just looking when I arrived, no intentions on purchasing that day. Met my salesman Nate and he exceeded his job requirements and showed me all benefits of getting � New vehicle there.

Demond was great. He took care of my vehicle like it was his own. He makes sure the vehicle maintenance is complete and done in a timely manner.

If you are looking for excellent customer service and a friendly staff go see Mike Jones at Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet. Recently took my suburban there for an electrical problem and they were awesome. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but these guys are first class.. in and out in a timely manner and was updated constantly on the progress. After several bad experiences at other dealerships it’s good to know that someone still cares about customer service. I called several places and they would not give me an appointment for weeks. I called Malcolm Cunningham and they got me in and out the next day. I highly reccomend this service department

Salesman was fine. The office and other staff are not very good. They do what makes dealership trips terrible. I was told 3 lies: We will bring the car to you ( I bought online with cash- I live 3 1/2 hours away). I ended up have to drive 2/3 +of the way to pick up ( had to arrange someone to take me and drive my a car back). Then I was told that the vehicle has multiple keys. I was given 1 key and was told the other keys would be mailed along with my papers ( and told me the day it should arrive). Now told that it only has 1 key. Also was told that we had a bottom line number. Soon after when getting a cashier's check, the price went up over $200. Avoid these people at all cost! It was a terrible and costly experience.

It went well I would recommend to a friend and come again. They didn't take a long time and he made sure I was comfortable and I am glad that they worked on my car.
