Sadly this is a bait and switch operation. Price listed...

Sadly this is a bait and switch operation. Price listed for new Corvette was MSRP $79,725.00. While many of these are selling for more then MSRP, some reputable dealers don't add additional mark up. When calling to see about buying the car, sales rep said price is $20,000.00 more, he even said a lot of dealers only mark up $10,000.00 but they are in a densely populated area so they mark up $20,000.00. The mark up is not the problem, the issue is they don't disclose it, so it waste the buyers time and is a disgusting business practice. Pic attached.

Very rude and unprofessional. I asked the to drop $500 off sticker price. After salesman went back n forth for about 30 minutes trying to get me to come up with the money, the old financial came out of his office and said if I couldn't come up with $500 then get off his lot and go buy somewhere else. He said there were a shortage on used cars and he didn't have to drop the price for me. He would make money off someone else next week.

Myron needs to be fired. There is no way an individual lazy and sorry as himself should be over anybody money. I signed all of my paperwork and 3 weeks later this man called , very rudely and said i need to return the car i just purchased. Only to find out that this sorry xxx didn't process my paperwork correctly. As long as Myron is there , i wont refer a soul because i was harassed and ran down and even got a nasty vm said the car would be repoed all the while i had been calling and even showed up to the dealership to see him personally. I appreciate Ms Donna who appendix burst and she still made the time, also to Byron Tutt for actually doing his job and fixing what Myron was to lazy to do. and now im back again because on 03/26 at 4:47 am they came and repoed my car because of course Myron sent them because he wasn’t communicating with anyone, just doing his own thing. I got the free service from you guys and i would rather pay for my services them step foot back into this establishment, Myron made my experience a living xxxx. wouldnt refer a dead dog ‼️

Just let me say one of worst buying experiences. Salesman was Brian Cosgrove. I negotiated a deal via text and phone calls. Sales manager and Brian on the phone. Hes says bring X amount and your out the door. I told them I would be up the next day to pick up. Brian messaged me around noon the next day to confirm 430pm appointment. He said they are prepping it and it will be ready to go. This is for a Chevy Bolt. I arrive promptly at 430 car is still on the showroom floor no prep, stickers all over it and only 17 miles worth of charge I live 65 miles away. He gives me several excuses eventually gets it off the show room floor we do a quick test drive then inside finalize. I hand Brian 2 pieces of paper that give me discounts through Costco and GM. Comes back 15 mins later says he didn't get GM paper. I said you only walked 30 ft how could you lose it. Eventually they find it and after 30 mins Brian comes back with the price. 800.00 more than we agreed to. Im not happy. he returns with sales manager 15 minutes later still 80.00 higher than we agreed now its a principle thing. eventually comes back with the agreed on price and we wait. mean while we are assured the vehicle is being prepped and charged. its now 3 hours and Im short on patience. We go back with the finance guy. who by the way is super personable and gets us in a better mood. He asks us what color car we get we say red. Hes embarrassed sales guy wrote up wrong vehicle. He has to redo all the paper work. But he has a good sense of humor and like I said very personable. We get done finally 3 1/2 hours later go out to the car. Its only 1/2 charged greasy fingerprints all over where they pulled of the decals. Floor mats stuck in a bag in the back along with a ton of leaves from a tree. Brian gives my wife the key doesn't go over anything inside the car or operations. See ya. Wow

My experience was less than stellar. I had my vehicle serviced for a 30,000 mile service. I returned home and started noticing liquid under my vehicle. I thought it was water from the air conditioning but, upon a closer inspection I realized it was oil. I returned my vehicle to the service department and was notified it was a leaking oil filter. The service manager advised me that some of the oil filters that they were getting from GM had pin holes in them. My oil filter was replaced and engine oil was replaced I haven't had this problem since.

2018 silverado in for injectors for 3 months. Incompetent...

2018 silverado in for injectors for 3 months. Incompetent at every level. Never providing updates unless called. In person meeting with general manager didn't improve the situation. Not sure they have the ability to repair my vehicle. Suggested I start the lemon law process. Unbelievable!

I got a car from the used dealership side. The first day,...

I got a car from the used dealership side. The first day, the keys to the car we wanted to see was in the service area and that had already closed. Freddie told me to come back the next morning at 9 and he'd have the keys ready. Get there and he doesn't even work that morning. So I talked with another person. I ended up getting the car I wanted, but they needed to detail it and change the oil (it was low when I checked it). It didn't end up ready that day, but I was promised it would be ready the next morning and I would get a call. Waited, no call. I finally called and was told I would get a call right back with an answer. Waited, waited, finally went up. Yeah, it's been ready. Why didn't the guy call me back? Oh, we had a slip and fall and I forgot. Whatever! Got the car, checked oil and it was topped off, but not changed. It was still dirty oil. Got home and realized that they hadn't put the temporary dealer tag on it. Now, I find out I have around $2,000 in work to be done to it. Cv joints leaking, need brake work done, need new tires. Oh, and the tires have after market lug nut locks on it that they didn't have the key for. I called to ask for it because I needed it for all the work to be done, and all I'm told repeatedly is "You bought the car as is! We can't do anything. When you get it as is... As is... As is... As is..." They obviously don't care about the satisfaction of their customers. I would never use this place again!

Waste of Time

I am so surprised this company is still in business. I tried to buy a used car from them and after getting the run around for a week I am giving up. I am literally trying to give them my money and it seems like they could care less. It is like pulling teeth just trying to find out if the car is ready. I can't get a straight answer from anyone, especially from Freddie Davis "a salesman" who gave me his cell phone number that he never answers but from who I get an occasionally message that the car will be ready tomorrow but it never is. I think he must only work 2 days a week because whenever I call the dealership he is not at work. It has been a very terrible experience. I tried to get a manager's email or something so I could find someone willing to sell me the car but all 6 versions of the manager's email address I was given didn't work. Save yourself a lot of headache and time and go somewhere else.
