I recently bought a used car here. I dealt with Ken and felt that he was professional and honest with me through the entire process. The price was good and they did not try to add a bunch of made up fees at the end. Ken showed me the inspection report and any minor cosmetic issues with the car (it was very clean, there were few to show) and offered me the Carfax report without me asking. I would definitely buy a car from here again.

This was the best car buying experience my husband and I ever had. Nice little dealership. The owner was beyond wonderful. When we got there he met us and said take your time looking it over I will be inside. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, that's what we like, no hassle salesmenship.

I spent about 3 weeks researching the specific vehicle I wanted to buy, which was a Dodge/Chrysler mini-van less than 10 years old w/ lower than average miles. When I called to arrange a test drive on a Saturday in the late afternoon, Kendrick informed me they'd be open when I arrived. My immediate reaction upon meeting Nelson and Kendrick was that they were two very polite gentleman. Within two minutes of meeting them I developed a sense of trust, which is the first for me as I despise car salespersons in general. The vehicle I inspected was exactly as advertised, and was in excellent condition for being 9 years old. The test drive resulted in no surprises, so I was prepared to make an offer on the vehicle. While waiting for my wife to return from a local ATM, Nelson, Kendrick, and I got to talking about the vehicle that I was replacing. I had absolutely no intention of trading in my 17 year old truck due to the condition. However, it quickly became obvious that my old truck could be traded in. Nelson and Kendrick offered a great value for my trade-in; one that I know would NOT have been matched by another dealer. The entire experience was extremely pleasant, and I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from Nelson and Kendrick. While other used card dealers might be closer to you, I strongly urge somebody used car shopping in the DE/MD/PA triangle to take at drive out to Penn Hill Auto in Peach Bottom, PA. It's a scenic drive, you can hit up one of the many fresh produce stands along the way, and most importantly, you'll get a heck of a deal from two trustworthy individuals.

I recently purchased a 2004 Crown Vic from Penn Hill Auto. When I arrived, my car was freshly washed and cleaned. A free copy of the Car-fax report was available and Nelson was able to answer any question I had. The car itself was in great condition, and I was also assured that Penn Hill Auto won't put cars on the lot that they wouldn't feel safe driving themselves. I can't recommend this place enough!!

Best car buying experience EVER!!!! Got a great deal on a 2006 Honda Odyssey with considerably low mileage. Very courteous. Kind to share carfax info over the phone prior to making the trip to the dealer's lot.

I recently traded my f150 for great OBS f250. They found great truck 97 with very low miles and no rust. They were honest and very good people. Good family business to deal with. They checked in with me a couple weeks later.

I am very well pleased with the Ford Excursion I bought from them. It was exactly what Nelson told me it would be over the phone. What a pleasant surprise! There is not a sign of rust anywhere on this vehicle and the drivetrain behaves just as it should. I expect many years of good service from it. This dealer was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely buy from them again!
