Had a wonderful experience buying a vehicle thanks to Brandon Hartman. He was knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured during the process. First i will say Ian my salesman is geat, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone is nice of course they want your business. I look forward to a day where you could just get the best deal without the back and forth but its the same at pretty much every dealership except a few like carmax or Tesla. I have been in the dealership world since 1993 in parts and service so I have heard a few deals. That being said do your homework, find out what your trade is really worth, find out what other dealerships are discounting their cars for, watch out for add ons, dont be pressured into a sale, its not the last car out there. In the end I got a fair but not great deal but it took more effort then it should have on my part to get there. My certified 5k mile pre owed Santa Fe didn't come with floor mats or full tank of gas. There was no pictures taken congratulations and big send off given so that may tell you something. Ian did setup and help explain infotainment system so thank you Ian. I will say if buying used get factory certified pre-owned or buy only the factory extended warranty.

I went in there to look at a hybrid. Pretty sure which one i wanted. Kal listened to my every word and did exactly what I wanted. From walking on the lot, salesman, Kal, to Shawn to the closing paperwork. Everyone was super helpful. I would buy there again.

Have you been Forced to Buy Etch For $299, or maybe even Ziebart??? well this dealership will force you to buy Etch, it says optional on the website. But I was told they put it on every car. If you have been told you had to buy a car from ANDY MOHR and etch was mandatory. I need you to reach out to the Attorney General of Indiana and Report them for this Bad business practice.

I originally test drove a car and was not fully satisfied with how it handled. The manager tried unsuccessfully to get me to buy it even trying to give me the full amount I wanted for a trade-in. One would think that a highly respectable state-wide vehicle dealership would make sure that at least the fluids were changed, all the lights were working, and fairly safe to drive before offering it up for sale even if it is under $10K.

Generally, we can say that our as-is vehicles are priced as they are because they often need additional work. Our pre-sale service inspection for these types of vehicles consists of a safety check to ensure that it meets requirements to drive off our lot, but we do not perform any major repairs.
