Typical used car experience. The dealer talked fast and didn't seem to care about my needs. Didn't consider my reasonable offer and sold the car to another buyer the next day and didn't tell me.

Walked on lot, not even knowing I was buying a car. All my relatives are now customers of Diamond Jim's. Sales staff are courteous, knowledgeable and great to work with! I purchased a 2014 Audi and couldn't be happier!

Such an awesome experience here. TJ was very friendly and helpful and got everything done so quickly! After getting the run around at so many other dealerships, it's refreshing to see a dealership as straightforward and transparent as they are.

My fiancé purchased vehicle From these jokers First of all they wanted him to pay a deposit to hold the vehicle after he had already talk to them and they fax the sale agreement to the bank then when we get there the vehicle we purchased isn’t even there and we wait over an hour then after that we find out that the tail light and blinker is out on the vehicle on front And the back of the vehicle Normally that’s not a big thing but in our card it’s not just the bulb the whole headlight assembly Hass to be replaced so we contact them because this will be costly and we just bought this vehicle not even 10 hours had went by They ran us around forever never calling us A liar finally after agreeing to send us the lights they send us ones that don’t even fit our vehicle and are broken these people are truly a joke they’re scam artist they also added money to our purchase price If you’re looking to buy a vehicle from a reliable source I would never recommend these jokers there everything you think about when you hear the term car salesman

Do not buy from these people. They lie about everything. From repairs to the cost of the vehicle. Vito says horrible things to women. It’s sick.
