Skylar Blythe provided excellent customer service.

Skylar Blythe provided excellent customer service. The attendant had not completed appropriately the inspection and Skylar made sure the car was returned to the bay and inspected completely. This was important for us because we were about to embark on a cross country trip as we had previously communicated.

I don't know if this is applicable here, but my one

I don't know if this is applicable here, but my one concern is that I did not find out how much my interest rate would be on my loan until AFTER - I have a decent credit score and perhaps I should have found another lender before going to Darryl Walthrop - I was disappointed. I was shown my credit score but not the interest percentage I would be paying.

We were in Franklin TN for my wife to have a complete

We were in Franklin TN for my wife to have a complete knee replacement. The process at the hospital was scheduled to start at 05:00 the next morning so she needed to get a good night?s sleep. While out for the evening meal, our always reliable 2018 Ridge failed to start. We called Darrell Waltrip Honda but the service department was closed for the day. That is when the Taye Holmes, dealership New Car Manager answered the phone and sent Tom to pick us up, arrange a car for our use to arrive at the hospital at our appointment time at 05:00 the next morning. A very stressful time was made bearable. The friendly professional sales staff went above and beyond the expected level of concern and care in assuring we were not stranded in the night and had great transportation for the day of surgery. I found the same friendly professional attitude with the entire service staff the next afternoon while my truck was being throughly checked out and repaired. Our 120 mile trip home went great thanks to a true team effort at Darrell Hendrick Honda. Thank you to the entire team! Wayne & Kay Burke
