Took Kia telluride in for routine service that was pre
Took Kia telluride in for routine service that was pre paid for. Was told I also needed all wheel drive service for $299.95 and coolant exchange for $249.94. Was expecting to pay about $550 plus tax at checkout. At checkout (5 hours later!!), I was handed a bill for $779 and some cents. I thought they must have done some extra service without notifying me, which I was upset about, but they did not! Nope- just added $230 to the bill. Someone else might have paid this but I argued the bill and was asked to go back to the waiting room so they could figure it out. He (nice enough man) came out to the waiting room and had “got it down”somewhat; I don’t remember the amount, but still too much. When I questioned the labor cost and parts, it came down more to $633. He stated he gave me a discount. When I stated that although that was better, it still seemed to be more than the $550 I was quoted plus tax. When we walked over to check out, I mentioned that I was just texting my daughter in law, who is an attorney, to see how they can just do this (she really is and i I really was). After mentioning this, the final bill I got was $579.20! Mathematically, that is the initial $550 that I was quoted plus tax. They didn’t give me any discount! I just got charged what I should have been charged- and only after several arguments with them. Check yours bills before you go handing them money !! I have to continue to go there for regular maintenance as it’s paid for until 2029, but will not have them do any other services for me.

Great coffee machine.
Great coffee machine. Laughable sitting area. Looks more like a kiddie play area; not for adults. I would not dare try to sit in such low chairs. I don't have the strength in my legs to get myself back up again. And those high stools I did sit in; not very comfortable either. For over the hour I had to wait. Not every customer you have are in great shape. I'm elderly and slightly disabled!! Your employees all were very pleasant. Friendly and kind.

Never buy a KIA, worst experience, Not enough I have to lock the steering wheel every time I leave the car so the car is not stolen, all the Optima 2013 and other models are burning oil and the engine can seize or start on fire, I took it to this place complaining that is burning 1 quart of oil every 500 miles and if i don't add oil my engine will seize or something will happen and they did not wanted to look into the issue, they told me oil level is full. drove the car for another week and the car is burning twice as much oil was burning before. I totally feel that was some dirty work done to my car.
