I have done multiple transactions at fox chevrolet.

I have done multiple transactions at fox chevrolet. When looking for a vehicle I told shane exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and he was able to fit me into my used equinox which was perfect for me. I?ve also had a Buick in the body shop and everyone out there was super professional, got the quote done, got the vehicle in, I was given a rental while they fixed my vehicle, and when it was done it looked brand new again! The service department is amazing also. The guys know their stuff and get their job done.

I have done multiple transactions at fox chevrolet. Tonight my husband and I went to Fox Chevy in Caledonia

Tonight my husband and I went to Fox Chevy in Caledonia and were disgusted. Earlier in the day, I had inquired about a car for my teen. Nick the used sales person was very helpful, honest, and great to work with upon arrival. We were able to figure out numbers and cost out the door. I had to wait 30 minutes because my son's dad was at work and could not talk. Nick was understanding and it was about a half hour before close and I told him he should be able to call me before 6 but if not I will call first thing at 9 am or be there tomorrow at 9am. I had to run it across my son's father as he was helping to pay for the vehicle. I had what it would cost with me so if he said yes I could just give money then. Nick was very respectful of this and understanding. We then went outside and test drove it and came back. Nick walks out with another person and introduced him to us as Greg. Nick made some comment about me working with him already and I was like what. I said I have never worked with Greg as far as buying a car. Greg came across rude to my husband and I. Nick could no longer sell the car to us and we had to go through Greg. By this point, I am mad because Nick was nothing but honest and great to work with. Nick truly deserves recognition for how he treats customers. My husband and I were very upset by this as Greg started talking he asked what school my son went to he was very short and snarky and said oh yeah we play u in sports and told us the school. I do not care what school and u are not better than me because of the school you named. He was very short with us and acted like he was higher and more important. At this point, I am still like what just happened. I tried to explain that I was waiting for my sons dad to call me before 6 because he was at work. I told Greg at 527 when he decided to take over that I was waiting for his father to call because he was at work as he is a police officer. So I told him what Nick and I agreed on about me getting ahold of sons dad. I will call before 6 pm if his dad calls me or I will call or be here right at 9 am. They took a copy of my driver's license so when I called or arrived they could get paperwork started. So at 530pm I left to go get gas in my car as I waited for my sons dad to call me. While at gas station, I received a voicemail from Greg stating it is 541pm and u have until 545pm to call me back with an answer. I was literally gone 9 minutes and at the gas station south of dealership. I explained that my son's father cannot just answer a phone while working and reminded him of agreement. I told him I was waiting and we have the cash, and I just need to confirm with sons dad as he was helping pay for car. Greg was very rude and said well I have someone else here who can buy it now. He also was very rude in his response of why Nick could not help us as the deal was pretty much made through Nick. Greg had no business stealing that sale from Nick. What kind of coworker does this. Greg was very rude when I called him out on not letting Nick help us. His response was well you were talking to me about another vehicle in March. I know I contacted through website but I did not talk to Greg. I never came to look at vehicle because the person I was dealing with through inquiry was rude and how coincidental that it was Greg. Needless to say Greg did not go by our agreement and sold the car from underneath us when we basically said yes to purchase. I will be taking this to corporate level about Greg but also letting them know how awesome Nick was. Again, DO NOT USE GREG. Just because he wanted to sell a vehicle, he did not have to sell it from underneath us while I was waiting for phone call. If you go there please see Nick, very honest, friendly, and down to earth. I will never recommend Fox Chevy Caledonia to anyone. If I hear of people going there I will be giving them Nicks name. DO NOT USE GREG. So unprofessional the way we were treated

Amazing Sales Experience

Fox Chevrolet is the best car dealership I?ve been to in 16 years! Bill Gavin is such a great resource, listens to your desires and needs, adds in some great points from his decades of experience and makes the whole process easy and fun. Keegan the xxI professional was east to work with and explained all our options and some benefits for getting good add in?s to the deal. I thought it was great how Brad Maslowski and Bill Horwath stopped in to say hello. It made my wife and I feel like we were important to the dealership and not just an NPC. Thank you Bill for your great service! We love working with you!

My second review

The first time I had service repairs done at this location I was not very happy, had to bring my 2017 Silverado in again for lifter replacement , this time it was a very good experience. there team went above and beyond my expectations, and where very friendly and helpful thank you all for your services
