I have only purchased one vehicle from Ray Skillman Mazda West, but from just the one experience, I can say that I will never take my business elsewhere. Nathaniel and his team worked efficiently to find the car that best suited me. They made the paperwork process a breeze, and I walked away feeling like a customer that really mattered. Since buying the car, any major repairs that need done I continue to bring it in to be worked on by the service department! Justin, Darren, Jeff and Patrick are always willing to get my car in, while also keeping a girl laughing while doing it! I was skeptical at first to come to large dealership, but now I can truly say there is no other way better than the Ray Skillman way :)

Wow long story short I was so frustrated with the ray skillman on the East side!!!I was going to give up but something said Go to Ray skillman West I called spoke to a manager then he connected me with Adam Walker nothing but God Adam was nice pleasant calm he listened and he told me I'm do my best and he did!!!for now on if I buy another car ray skillman West will be the place..within a hour maybe 2 I was driving off with a big smile and a nice car.... I want to also shout out Christian who did all my paperwork who went above and beyond to get me right thank you! Christian he also was very nice very calm and soft spoken I was very pleased thank you westside Ray skillman...
