I purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition Limited here on August 15, 2026. The buying process itself was smooth and my salesperson was professional and easy to work with, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. Within approximately 80 minutes of leaving the dealership, on the very first drive I ever took in the vehicle, I experienced a significant decrease in A/C airflow. I reported the issue to my salesperson that same evening, so there was no delay or ambiguity about when the problem started. Despite immediate notification, the General Manager confirmed in writing that the dealership would not cover any repair costs. Their only offer was a discounted rate on labor and parts, and I would be required to make a 7-hour round trip at my own expense just to have the vehicle diagnosed, with no assistance offered for transportation given the distance involved. I gave the dealership multiple opportunities, in writing, to work toward a fair resolution. Their final position was that they would not cover the repair regardless of what a diagnosis showed. If you’re considering buying a used vehicle from this dealership, get everything in writing and don’t expect them to stand behind the car once you drive off the lot, even if a problem surfaces within the first hour of ownership.

I purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition Limited here on August 15, 2026. The buying process itself was smooth and my salesperson was professional and easy to work with. However, within approximately 80 minutes of leaving the dealership, on the very first drive I ever took in the vehicle, I experienced a significant decrease in A/C airflow. I reported the issue to my salesperson that same evening, so there was no delay or ambiguity about when the problem started. A smooth sales process doesn’t necessarily mean the dealership will support you if something goes wrong immediately after.

Our experience started before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. My husband initially called about an Expedition we had seen online, but unfortunately, it had already been sold. Just a few hours later, we received a call letting us know they had just taken in a used Expedition that closely matched what we were looking for. It hadn’t even been priced or photographed yet, but Joe went out of his way to take pictures himself and text them to us so we could see it right away. We were immediately interested, and after seeing the photos, we made the two-hour drive the very next day to check it out in person. From that point on, Joe was exceptional. He was incredibly communicative through email, phone calls, and text messages, keeping us updated every step of the way. Since we were driving over two hours each way, he made sure everything was exactly as promised before we arrived. The vehicle was fully serviced, cosmetic repairs we had discussed were completed, and all of the paperwork was prepared and ready for us to sign. The entire process was smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. It was absolutely worth the drive. What impressed us even more was how honest and customer-focused the entire experience was. There was never any pressure, and no one tried to upsell us on warranties, protection plans, or services we didn’t want. Instead, they listened to what was important to us and respected our decisions. Since we live in Connecticut and purchased the vehicle in New York, Joe and the team also worked with us to make sure the registration process for our home state went as smoothly as possible. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. We absolutely love our new Expedition, and this was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back for our future car-buying needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe DeCarlo and the entire team to our family and friends. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service, honest people, excellent communication, and a dealership that truly goes above and beyond, this is the place to go. Thank you for making what is usually a stressful process such an enjoyable one!

I was very satisfied with the service at Lincoln, especially from Jen Neglia. She is a major reason I have purchased 4 cars from Lincoln. Getting a loaner car each time is also a major reason.

I had a smooth and very fair experience buying my new Lincoln. Everyone from Mike (gen. mgr.) to Barry, the front desk personnel, Joe who provided the in-car "tutorials," Rob in finance who sealed the deal without any pressure, presented the options and got the paperwork finished without any wait, and bonus, the showroom environment overall, was first class. Highly recommend this dealership!

Buyer beware — sharing my experience as a Lincoln Aviator owner so others can make an informed decision. I purchased my Aviator expecting premium durability and long-term reliability. Instead, despite maintaining a documented service history since roughly 30,000 miles, I’ve experienced repeated suspension and major component issues, including replacing catalytic converters and suspension-related repairs around 50,000 miles. When I raised concerns, the explanation I received was that the vehicle essentially has “nine years of mileage in three years,” and that these failures are considered normal wear and tear. I was also told that New York’s challenging road conditions contribute to the problems. While I understand roads vary, this is something never mentioned during the sales or test-drive process — and it raises serious questions about durability expectations for a luxury vehicle. From my perspective, it feels like every explanation shifts responsibility back to the owner rather than addressing whether a premium vehicle should reasonably withstand everyday driving conditions in this region. I’m not posting this to attack anyone — I’m sharing my documented ownership experience so potential buyers can ask the right questions about long-term reliability, warranty coverage, and how major repairs are handled. For a vehicle positioned as luxury, my expectations were higher. Others may have different experiences, but transparency matters when making a major purchase decision.

Such a terrible experience with Lincoln White Plains for the last 3 years... My Aviator has had a cascade of technical issues and safety recalls...The responsiveness has been far from great, e.g no navigation system for 6 months!! I am now trying to finalize the lease buyout for more than 3 months and their sales team has been totally unhelpful all along the way...and now want to charge me more because I am out of the lease period!! Really unprofessional behaviors for a brand which claim to be luxury. I can only discourage everyone from buying the brand and from this dealership. This had obviously all started well and the team was chasing me everyday to close the deal... SO DISAPPOINTED.
