"Under New Management" means 4X the price.
I had brought our vehicle here for years. Last fall, I've had them mount and balance my winter tires - $95. Then yesterday, I get a small nail in the tire. I bring it in, trusting they'll do a great job as before, until I got the bill - $120!!! When any and every tire shop will charge at MOST $40 to patch a hole and remount/rebalance the tire. I was polite and calm, trying to calculate how is it that mounting and balancing four tires is $95, yet patching a hole (10 min. labor), and remounting/rebalancing a single tire is $120? The manager got defensive, and along with his two other service advisors proceeded to tell me this is how much time it took their tech. Sure, 45 minutes to mount and balance a tire! Their tech is getting training on my dime, because anyone who knows how to patch a tire would take no more than 10-15 minutes to patch/mount/balance a wheel. When you charge $95 to mount and balance FOUR tires, and then proceed to screw a return customer with a $120 for a SINGLE tire, don't expect them to leave with a positive experience. They also constantly tell you to leave them great review with Lincoln corporate when they call. Well, you can count on me being quite honest with my feedback when they call. They've seen the last of my dollars.

I wanted to buy a used car there. I had an apointment the day before, I gave my phone number, if the car will be sold please call me. I went there with NJ 1.5 hours, being there about 6pm, and open there by 7:30 pm. I was not serviced. Sales man who had an appointment with me said that he was going home right now. I was told that they had already sold the car. I do not recommend this place.
Always my First Choice for Foreign Car Repair
I have driven previously owned foreign cars (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Volvo, Lexus) for nearly my entire life. For much of that time I have had these cars serviced at White Plains Lincoln. Why? Because (1) the excellent service staff always finds a way to resolve the problem; and (2) I know and trust that the only work that will be done is the work that needs to be done, and (3) the work is always completed at an extremely competitive price.

I already put my review for people to see. This is in response to the dealer responding back to me. George the used the car salesman says I didn't put down a down deposit on the car? I have a receipt of the $500 deposit I put down a week before. Will gladly email it to you. Also I have my TD Bank statement showing the refund from my deposit from White Plains Lincoln as well. I will gladly email that you as well. I mean you know all this so I am not sure why lie about something when I have physical proof? Talk about throwing salt in the wound. I told you I would be writing a review about my experience. As George quoted "It doesn't matter what you say we are the #1 Lincoln dealership in NY". If you think I'm wrong please gladly prove me wrong. Nice try though 👍

Needed LED light replaced and four new tires--they ordered the parts and took care of everything the next day--in the middle of a snow storm! Highly recommend!

Super place in the busy area of White Plains. Convenient to get to, great staff in the service department. They have come and picked up my car as well as offering loaners. Great service all around.
Will not purchase a vehicle after my experience
I went on line and filled out a credit application thru B and B. I received a call from white plains LINCOLN who is associated with B and B and was told that I was approved for a loan. I emailed the dealership to verify if it was a pre approval or an approval and told it was an approval. I went in and talked to the salesperson and we picked out a used car . I was told to wait in the lounge and about an hour later I was told I was approved for financing of that vehicle with a down payment of 1700. He told me that he would finalize everything and for me to come back the next. I went back and he was off that day. He was called and he came in. For some problem Unknown to me I was told that I was not approved for the loan. I left and then called the finance manager. I was given the run around and he stated that because of my credit I was not approved. First. They stated I was approved. Second. Down payment was 1700 Third. They were to call me back to see what they could do. Fourth. Waiting for that phone call which will never come. I wasted two days working with this dealership so I guess there moto is to get people in their showroom and give them the run around. Very poor dealership. Don't do business with them. P
White Plains Lincoln review
We recently had our vehicle in the service department and had an excellent experience as we always do either with Sales or Service. We were able to drop off the vehicle and pick it up after hours since our work schedules are similar to the dealerships open hours. We made the service appointment with Paul who took the time to thoroughly set the appointment with my concerns. When we dropped the vehicle off the Service manager Singh was still there and checked us in even though it was passed his leave time. When we picked up the vehicle Jay in sales assisted us, he is always ready to assist you when you walk in the door attending to your needs with a smile on his face.
