They’re nice enough, but don’t really go above and beyond.. don’t try to offer solutions to issues. Have a lot of excuses of why they Can’t do something.

I brought my car in for service.

I brought my car in for service. I didn’t receive any feedback. After three days. I myself contacted the dealership and was told conflicting information. I came up to the dealership twice and was quoted three prices for services. I then took my car to another service center. I was told Chevy misquoted my issues. They, the second car service center, had my vehicle fixed with four hours. Chevy held my car for five days, with no longer car.
